Have stayed here before. Room is a good size, it’s clean, staff are friendly and dining was good. Location good too!

The hotel is very clean and well kept. The rooms are comfy and spacious enough. Basic but good enough for what you need for a weekend away. Would be better with a fridge in the room. The check in was disappointing, we arrived and they couldn't find our reservation by name or ref number. Eventually managed to find it. The lady on reception was quite cold and not particularly welcoming.

Very clean and modern, staff was wonderful from check in to check out and everything in between. Dinner was excellent. Would stay again.

Excellent hotel.

It's a very good hotel. Great location with loads of restaurants arround and in a walking distance to city center.Service was friendly and professional. Our room were good size, bright, airy and comfortable. On the last night, there were a little issue with the light but hotel staff sorted it out straight away and even gave us complimentary drinks for the inconvenience. The only thing that could be improved is breakfast. Food was a bit over cook and coffee quality coud be a bit better which is pity. Overall it was still a great stay?

Good shower, quiet, comfortable bed and pillows, but lacking in heat in the room.

Excellent hotel. Great location for getting to see Glasgow and getting around with easy walks to both Queens St and Central stations. Clean and staff v helpful.

Fantastic. Great perks for gold members, wonderful service, heavily discounted parking. My only gripe is I did find some rogue hairs on the bathroom floor and on my duvet (i have short hair, these were long, so definitely not mine)

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Our room was located on the 10th floor directly across from the elevators, which we did not hear at all.

A firm favourite - my booking choice in Glasgow. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good location for Glasgow city centre.

Great location at the top end of the city centre. Check in and out online with no fuss and no issues. Comfortable room and good buffet breakfast. Convenient for all transport links and attractions.
