Nice first appearance and most staff nice but it ends there. At check in you are forced to sign not one but two documents with rules and penalties. One document shows hefty fines if you stain any bedding. Well, that's maybe good, the bedsheets has to be nice here you think. Wrong, the worst bedsheets I ever experienced in over 50 years traveling. Staff changed it so our access to our room got about 45 minutes delayed. Next morning there is a phone call. We didn't answer. When we left the hotel at around 10-11, we asked the reception if they had called us. Yes, it was a "courtesy" call from housekeeping. This hotel don't believe in the signs you put on your rooms doorknob saying Do not disturb/please make up my room. They don't have any of this signs. Instead it is better to call the rooms in the morning and risk to wake up the guests. A strange system that I haven't seen anywhere else in the world. However, we left the reception and asked them to make up our room. We arrived back around 4 PM to find that they hadn't done our room (we hadn't answered the phone call). I don't know if we should laugh or cry. So yet again, housekeeping had to enter our room and once again we couldn't use it for some time. In the night when we pull the blanket away, the housekeeping has changed our white bedsheet that we had changed the day before to a stained one. 11:30 PM we waited for the housekeeping to come and change it (housekeeping was at the location) but after 30 minutes they still hadn't been able to find a clean bedsheet without stain. We gave up and shared the bed with clean bedsheets instead. Staff confirmed they had big problems with stains and the laundry. Me as a customer doesn't care about their problems, I just want what I paid for. If you have big problems with stains that you are aware of, why do you force your customers to sign a document where you threaten with hefty fines. Room has no safe, no furniture on the balcony, no refrigerator. The walls are this and the doors are cheap so you can hear everything from neighbors and outside. The bathroom door opens so it blocks the sink, the soap holder is about to fall of the wall. The "double beds" are small, both in with and length. I doubt the are 2 meters, I think more likely 190 cm. If you are tall you don't appreciate them. There are a blanket with a bed sheet, no real comforter. There are no bed lights, only the ceiling lights. I can't understand how this hotel have managed to get the high rating that this hotel has. I have to give them that besides the bedding the hotel was okay in it cleanliness. I almost forgot, the lights in the elevator was broken as well so they had to use emergency portable lights. I'm 100% sure that you can find better value for the same or less money!
