Where do I start ... overall the place was lovely the hotel room was really nice clean , the decor was really nice the atmosphere was amazing the staff was amazing except one at the restaurant he refused to give us food and said to us that we were over fully booked thank God there was a nice gentleman in the mini bar I didn't catch his name but he was so helpful and we sat at the mini bar and then he made sure that we got a space to sit down in the actual restaurant and we was able to actually have some food. its a shame alcohol wasn't allowed in the rooms only in the spa , also I wasn't happy that there wasn't no shops around so in the middle of the night if I wanted something to eat there wasn't nothing to eat. I also would say why don't the rooms have a usc c port and a usb port as that a universal thing and it would be easier to charge your phone or tablet. I did not appreciate going downstairs speaking to someone behind the desk for them to see what I look like asking them for towels because we ran out they took an hour to come up and bring the towels when we got the towels they were hand towels which we asked for body towels which wasn't unacceptable.

Great stay and only improvements would be a phone in the room as if anything wrong in room you have to physically go to reception. Everyone getting spa time at the same time of day is too much and should be spread out to avoid crowding. I would point this out at check in and offer upgrades at that point if required.

The stay was very good. The spa was stunning. It was very busy so nowhere to rest as all beds were taken. There was no tea or coffee facilities in the room. The bar is expensive too! Our check in wasn’t great, there was no explanation how to use the lift, what floor our room was on, if the spa access was valid on the second day and what time, we had to keep pestering, basic information should be explained at check in. Also our session was 3:15 but only checked in at 3 so had to rush to get to spa to get our 2 hours. But overall worth the trip, the hotel is beautiful! ❤️

Lovely hotel and staff

The hotel is amazing! I stayed for my birthday and I loved it I want to say a huge thank you to a member of the hotel staff Adina, she is a huge asset to the team and made me feel so welcome. She helped me massively and I couldn’t thank / praise her enough!

The service was welcoming, housekeeping was helpful. The dark room experience was 10/10 you just don’t know how needed it is until you book it!!!

The spa was amazing

I was welcomed by Stella and she was absolutely amazing! A true asset to your business. Jacy’z was such a lovely experience I cannot wait to come again. I will be making a detailed TikTok and how exceptional it was!!

lack of communication & took ages for my room to be sorted , wasn't informed that i would need to pay extra for the spa . service at gogo restaurant was amazing from my server & receptionist at front desk who booked me in last minute

Loved my stay, everything was great. The staff were so incredibly helpful. They compensated us very handsomely after the fire. The views in every part of the hotel were immaculate. Only tip I would give for improvement is perhaps a dresser in the room and a kettle for tea as there was only coffee options.

Absolutely fabulous! The hotel smelt gorgeous . The lobby was luxury with a real fire pit . Staff were EXCELLENT friendly and helpful . The rooms were clean and comfortable! Food was great , drinks weee great ! . There was soo much to do . The spa was stunning , they had golf, pool table and several restaurants on site . The hotel is local to town. You can take the tram which is so quick .

Nice place

Mycket lyxigt hotell, vi hade ett litet rum men lyxkänsla ändå. Vi tog en drink i baren på kvällen och ville inte gå och lägga oss ville bara hänga kvar och njuta. Trevliga bartenders, folk spelade pingis , shuffelboard och biljard eller bara hängde i soffgrupperna. Göteborgs vardagsrum helt klart. Mycket nöjda.
