Great value for a very nice accommodation in a walkable neighborhood. Chinatown restaurants are all within walking distance and Wood St pizza nearby is excellent. Mgmt was super responsive with any questions.

Outstanding loft apartment with all the amenities. Exceptional communication and surper comfy bed. Will definitely stay again!!

The Krestel Hotel is actually more like an Air B&B. Communication with owner was very good, responsive. The room was fairly spartan. There are minimal furnishings, no tv, but the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Had a wonderful sleep. The bathroom was spacious with a great shower. The kitchette was new and well appointed. The location was in an out of the way neighborhood but close to subway, suburban trains, great coffee shop and a couple of bars and restaurants . The price was right and if you need a comfortable place to sleep, close to town, i would definitely recommend

We spent one night and as we were leaving my partner said he wished we were staying for 3+ nights or having friends over because it was such a cool spot!

Area of the city isn’t my favorite, had to walk past a lot of trash and sketch people. Appreciated having private secure parking (it’s tight!!!!), and it was walking distance from the concert venue. The place was immaculate, beautifully designed, building felt very safe, never saw or heard another person. Would definitely stay again!!

Great place to stay for going to concerts at underground arts. Parking was easy on the street and the customer service was excellent.

First time at the Kestrel Hotel, will definitely be returning. It’s super cute and cozy, it was a nice getaway for my fiancé and I!

Ok first of all, the room was very very clean when I came, and the kitchen as well. They got every basic tools that you need for the kitchen which I love the most. But the only very small thing i want the hotel to add on is the TV ( just for entertainment ). Also their private parking i don’t know where it is and I try to call and contact but I didn’t receive any information about it. But it’s not a big deal, hope they can put parking information more specific in their website. Otherwise this hotel was beautiful including the views, the room and the cleanliness. I’ll love to stay again!

quick stay at the hive room but it was perfect for what we needed! we walked to our concert at Franklin Music Hall and it felt safe! Easy entry upon arrival, everything was clean, bed comfortable. Day before we arrived, they reached out to see if we needed anything. Easy check out the next day and walked to Cafe Lift for an amazingly delicious breakfast. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Philly!

The room was clean and very comfortable. Our host has the kitchen nicely stocked with all the necessary items for a traveler. Would stay here again if traveling to Philly!
