The gentleman at the front was very rude and dismiissive. My room was prepaid but there was a $150 deposit for the one night stay. I had to use a new credit card since i wouldnt have enough on my debit. The first time i tapped the card it said declined but i immediately got a text saying that my card was being used in another country. I sorted that out with the bank and was told to proceed. When i went back to him to run the card, he turned the card backwards inserted it and said declined, by this time he became even more dismissive and unaccomdating. I was on the phone with the bank and they kept telling me the only decline they see is the initial one which was sorted out so whatever is happening has to do with the merchant. By now i was frustrated so i asked for his manager. He asked why i needed the manager as if he didnt want to get her. I told him, either you call the manager or refund what i already paid for tge room so that i could go and book another hotel. The manager came and thankfully offered to help. She explained that this happens sometimes when you use a new card. She allowed me to pay the international tax and forego the deposit since i would only he staying one night. I went up to the room and it was very tacky. Not dirty but tacky. The wallpaper peeling, the carpet smeeled funny and the light in the hallway outside my room wasnt working. Needless to say i will never be staying at this place ever again.

Clean tidy and okay. The €18 for breakfast is a rip off so didn’t bother.

The hotel facility was good but staff during the day are not that helpful it’s good one of the male night staff is friendly and approachable. Everything you need is inside the room and very spacious.

The room is fine coffee and tea bags are not supplied everyday they left us with one mug instead of two and biggest disssapointment is Im still waiting for my 150 euro deposit back 😒

Located closed to the airport and well served by public transport. However, 300 Eur blocked upon arrival, extremely unfriendly staff, no cleaning, uncomfortable bed.

It was extremely noisey all night (traffic, not aircraft) and a lorry started unloading at 3am and made an horrendous noise for about an hour. Reception demanded a 150 euro deposit even though I had paid for the room (I still haven’t received it). Worst of all, the room I booked had been given to someone else - I would not stay there again.

The hotel is within reasonable walking distance from the airport and stay surprisingly quiet so it was easy to sleep. There was no noise from the airport.

We enjoyed our stay.

Mostly kind staff, one particularly angry and discourteous team member. The room AC did not work, and there was a trash dumpster set afire outside the hotel - thus the fumes entered our room (because we opened the window due to nonexistent AC). However, beautiful rooftop pool and indoor pool - and we didn’t use the sauna, but it’s a nice perk.

The property feels pretty run down. There was a huge hole in the bathroom leading to under the bath where clearly there's been some plumbing issues. Skirting boards had fallen away and rotted from damp. The room had a strange and unpleasant smell. The sofa bed was particularly uncomfortable to sleep on. Aircon just about worked, but wouldn't get sub 20C. It was the cheapest available close to the airport, so I didn't have high expectations so 3 star rating reflects price. We were only staying 2 nights as a stop gap so was ok, but wouldn't spend any longer.

Started off badly as receptionist took 150 Euros by mistake but cud t refund it. 3 days later it was sorted. Hotel fair, rooms clean .Had to remove all personal rubbish and no towel change or bedding change over 5 nights . Roof terrace great views of Nice.and airport lol . trams close for easy access to central Nice and walking distance to airport. Close to St Augustine rail station for connections to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes . Overall satisfactory .
