Room was spacious and very clean. Very comfy bed and lovely shower and bathroom products. Dog friendly and super helpful staff

The rooms are beautifully designed and the heated bathroom floors feel wonderful after a day wandering in the damp winter. The first floor rooms get very little light and require that you use the blackout curtains To sleep because the restaurant lights outside the window are on all night but the staff was gracious and kind and found me another room with natural light to change to. The Library and the restaurant are both very special places with excellent cocktails and gorgeous teas. It’s a wonderful place to spend time, not just to sleep.

The building is beautiful, the superior rooms are spacious with elegant bathrooms, and the staff are the epitome of customer service. This should be the place to stay for anyone attending opera, ballet, or theatre.

The team at the property are simply outstanding. Niall, Umberto, Davide and Luigi in particular!!! Look forward to returning.

This hotel is wonderfully located in the Covent Garden. The rooms were very nice and the bathroom was very large. The shower was something I would like to take home. There are a lot of restaurants immediately around the hotel and the Royal opera and ballet performance center is right across the street.
