Great location friendly helpful staff

El hotel es bonito, moderno y muy limpio. Lamentablemente, el servicio al cliente no estuvo a la altura. Al llegar a las 11 a.m., la recepcionista no saludó ni mostró amabilidad. Ya sabía que el check-in era a las 3 p.m., pero esperaba poder dejar las maletas sin problema. Tuve que pedirlo yo misma, sin que ella ofreciera ayuda ni una bienvenida. Al día siguiente, el desayuno fue otra decepción. Aunque se sirve hasta las 10:30, bajamos a las 9:50 y ya casi no había comida. Tardaron 20 minutos en reponer lo más básico. Una pena, porque el lugar tiene potencial, pero la atención necesita mejorar mucho.

Large room which was clean and comfortable A good location for restaurants and the beach One disappointment was their policy of charging for additional coffee pods once you use the two free ones in the room! Really in a 4 star hotel? On principal we went out for coffee and paid more.

Fantastic hotel. Very clean and rooms spacious

The hotel is located in a pedestrian area with no car access. We drove there and it was difficult to find the hotel and then the staff was not able to provide the address for the parking. Directions should have been provided before checking in.

Eco friendly... Left towels NOT on floor, they were changed anyway🙄.. Rug on entrance to hotel is absolutely filthy. Door to my room badly needs oil. Very stingy with tea bags in room. Requested some black tea bags as NONE had been left. Housekeeper came to. My door with 1 tea bag🙄🙄. 09/02/25 7.30 pm... Reception, housekeepers all very friendly.

Great stay with balcony in a great location. Breakfast was convenient and easy but could have been a bit better taste wise but decent options. Staff were great booking taxis and saw them store guests golf clubs and bikes for free!

Clean room Only one bottle of complimentary water in the room even though two guests Beds not comfortable. Move when u more. Worth the cost Great location Parking handy.

Fantastic breakfast, deluxe room with sea view amazing. Shame only one coffee pod and no milk.

This is the second time we have visited this property. It is convently located close to the beach and several shopping and dining options. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Very good stay at this hotel , we have stayed a few times now & would recommend it , it’s a modern hotel in a great location just minutes from the beach bars restaurants & shops

This hotel is extremely clean & has a modern vibe , it is in the centre of the old town within walking distance of restaurants & bars & only 2 minutes from the sea , we booked a sea view room & it was a lovely comfy room ,it also has coffee facilities & shampoo & body wash , staff are friendly & helpful
