Really bad

Clean room good staff, good service,

This place was very convenient for us. The shower was comfortable, we had no issues. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice place

We had a double room and it was very clean. Down fall is there is no elevator to haul all your items to the 3rd floor. There is also very limited parking. If you do not get a spot in the hotel they send you to a lot 2 lots away that is sketchy and not upkept. We did not have an issue with parking until Saturday. We did see people leave and eventually moved our car into the safer parking. Overall the space itself felt safe, very clean and nice staff.

This hotel needs friendly front desk personnel. The girls that help us had the worse attitude at time of check in. Hotel it's was very clean and comfortable definitely 8 rating !

This was our first time staying at Fista hotel. It's actually a nice small hotel, staff was friendly and accommodating. We got in early and asked about early check in and within a few minutes we were all checked in. Parking is limited but they have alot next door. Overall a good stay. Thank you

Even if you payed for an ocean front room if by the time you check in they gave all of them away they give you one in the back where you can hear the fwy right next to your ear I only got there one hour after check in didnt even tell me about no ocean front until I figure it out myself also you can only check in through your car like a drive thru

The stay was overall satisfactory. The one complaint that I had was the AC was right above the bed. Not the best overall placement.

Rooms are nice, restroom is small but clean. Parking on facility is small but the have a parking further down the road

The shower wasn’t working the water wouldn’t go no parking in the property and on the extra lot unacceptable.

Bathroom has a window where the people in the room can see you shower. Weird…. Whoever designed the bathroom is a freak. No where to sit and no closets to hang your clothes.

Everything was good except for pillows, They were small bags filled with sheets.

Clean property, friendly staff, however there was no microwave, no mini fridge, no ice machine, no complimentary breakfast, I will not be going back!

This is my new favorite hotel for this area..clean rooms awsome parking..a/c was great!!!

I stay here for 3 nights. I did not get any free fresh tiles for the last 3 days that I was there. I requested some towels and it took probably a few hours for me to get new fresh towels. They advertise a pool, but every time I requested for me to get to the pool. They said that they need to go open like across the street or something like that, but on the on 3 days that I was there, I never see or access a pool. Is since very quiet? The rooms are pretty small and there is no place to like to put you clothing. So I kept all my clothes for 3 dates in my suitcase and I didn't like that. It seems that a lot of people just stop and goes for like a few hours and then the go. There's no parking at anytime. So the parking is very short, they also do have like a parking, probably within 400 feet, and thus what I have to do left my car like 2 businesses down there. Where there was someone like patrolling. So no one has stole any cars, so everything was fine. I wouldn't stay there again. Um, but those are the things that I have.

I was very impressed with this hotel. We would stay there again. Room was a little bit small but that’s ok we only stayed one night. It served its purpose.
