The staff at the hotel was so friendly and helpful! I was really comfortable and the room was very clean.

While we really liked the hospitality of the staff at the desk and the room cleanliness, we were really upset of the fact that the sole reason of choosing this propwrty was getting our kid in the pool. However, as soon as we entered and checked the pool alongwith an excited kid, we were heartbroken to find a band aid in the water. This reflects on the staff responsible for cleaning the pool and not the entirety. We were informed that the pool is cleaned nightly and we walked over the next morning to ahow the desk staff and it was still there.

Clean and roomy accommodation

Clean ,& comfortable, hotel in a very busy area not very easy to walk , need car to get to sylvan lake ,we thought we would be able to walk to the lake.

It was close to everything.

Good location, close to restaurants and amenities. A little far from the lake to walk. Lobby is worn and could use refresh but rooms are clean.

Not really well kept. Dirty halls and pool area, hot tub jets not working. Room was ok. Front desk was decent. Average hotel breakfast.

The hot tub was gross and filled with soap scum and other floaters.
