Very DISAPPOINTED! The room picture order did not match the ordered photo. The room order was changed at 2 pm, replaced with a room that smelled musty and was not clean and not well maintained and there were cockroaches and mold. The TV did not turn on. It is better to prepare before giving it to the customer and if the room is not ready because there are obstacles, it is better not to appear or sell the picture so that it is not ordered and ends up being disappointing. Looks very unprofessional! That's all and thank you!

Travelio is very lack of coordination. From the initial stay until check out 16 days, there has been no improvement regarding the leak. I fixed it myself for my own convenience.
