I hope the hotel can improve their cleanliness.

Staff tak mesra, lantai melekit/kotor, ada lipas / katil ada stain / tidur kurang selesa sebab condition katil 3/10 silap haribulan roboh . Tandas tak bersih sangat so kena buat penyelenggaran bersihkan bilik .

Bilik kotor, toilet teruk. Not recommended at all!

Poor cleanliness. No TV. Booked twin-bedded but accommodated with a"hard"single bed.

Dare to be called a hotel not worth placing and not worth staying in, dirty and dirty, torn, hairy beds. Dirty stained bed linen and the toilet is like a public toilet. The dark room is like an indecent place. My lifetime experience is going into looking for another hotel 15 minutes I check out. Not worthy of being called a hotel. Still losing to apartments that cost 200's as far as heaven and earth. Can you check immediately, I have checked out in less than 15 minutes. Dirty place still asks for a 50 rigit deposit. Dirty. The photos in the application are different from the facts I received are dirty. The owner is equally unfriendly. Like a king. Please, I'm disappointed I rented 2 days I didn't leave it because it was dirty, it wasn't worth using.

Went to hotel counter staff mentioned no booking and wasting time on clarification. Then told us left one room and next to main road and the curtain was dropped. Need to go down and towel and the bed sheet and mattress looks a bit dirty and feel uncomfortable to sleep.

The room is very uncomfortable and smells of cigarette smoke. I immediately left the room and didn't stay there.
