Very modern, quiet, friendly staff, lovely breakfast buffet

Good location with access to waterfront.

I liked that it was close to the convention centre i needed to attend. Breakfast was good but basically the same daily. I really like the biscuits. The view from the restaurant and swimming pool on the 17th floor are stunning. The room was ok but the bed was a bit snug so you can't easily maneuver around it. The bath isn't sealed enough so placing a towel on the floor was essential to prevent the water leaking all over. I would recommend giving yourself an extra 10 to 15 minutes headstart with the elevator especially when the hotel is busy because it may take a while. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also check-in and check-out are very fast. It is also about a 10 minute walk from the waterfront.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views of Cape Town. Very comfortable and all very friendly. Will use again in the future - for business and holiday. The only negative is that parking was not available the first night, although that was a requirement for the booking. The security guard in the parking area was awesome about it and assisted in getting parking outside in front of the hotel.

Room was small but very clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Property is within walking distance to V&A waterfront district.

More of a backpacking hotel than a 4 star for business stay

Basic rooms are tiny, not suitable for anything more than an overnight stay.

Excellent hotel just 5/10 minutes walk to marina. Room was very comfortable- the coffee machine on each floor - superb. A great bar area and drinks were very reasonably priced. Service was excellent from everyone.

Came here as a single traveler on vacation. Nice property, clean, and staff was friendly. Daily bfast was a life saver.
