NIce Property for a couple of nights,

I loved the hotel. Staff was very kind. Breakfast awesome and a lovely pool.

Stay was great. No problems letting my girlfriend in as long as not over an hour at a time.

Close to food

Everyone was friendly and tried to help as much as possible!! Breakfast was good and the pool was nice!! Air condition was great! Clean room everyday!! Very nice

I think it wasn't located in the best area, it wasn't the prettiest but everything was clean and for the price I think it was excellent. The food wasn't the best but it was ok.

Just make sure when you book you are getting a room with AC. It didn't say anything on Hotel.com and when we got there we were charge double the money to get one with ac. The rooms are spacious and clean. Our bed was actually confortable.. but you'll get one pillow per person. Hotels in Bucaramanga are a little overpriced. .. for whatever reason. Almost $50 for this room was a little high. The ladies at the breakfast are sooo nice and and they will make you anything you want. They have a small pool in the 2nd floor next to a bar shared by another hotel.

It was a good hotel with an average location. There wasn't really anything to do nearby (that didn't matter to us as we were just visiting with friends). The room was clean, there was hot water, and the pool was nice.

The neighborhood is not so nice, but if that matters, don't go to Colombia... they're all the same (from the few I have seen). The hotel is very nice. They share a pool with another hotel. The room was clean and had more than enough room to sleep. The staff is friendly, but no one speaks English.The free breakfast is well worth the price. Lunch and dinner is reasonably priced

Good value for money.

This an adequate hotel that you get what you pay for. I just stayed the one night, as I had car problems. The staff helped find a mechanic that worked Saturday, and an excellent mechanic he was. But they are working with nothing special, except maybe the pool. I did not do the pool as it was the holidays and filled with children, as I believe one can pay to use the pool without being a guest at the hotel.

El hotel esta un poco descuidado, tal vez la atención fue lo mejor aunque tampoco fue para destacar, los desayunos con servicio a la habitacion siempre estaban frios.

Ha sido una experiencia muy buena y la relación calidad precio es muy buena

Es un hotel que por su ubicación e infraestructura es ideal para negocios o paseo en familia. 1 minuto de la isla 8 minutos en taxi al centro comercial Piscina climatizada 1 minuto del sistema de transporte Y las tarifas muy competitivas frente a hoteles de cadena. * Si se busca es optimizar presupuesto sin duda éste es el hotel.

Bien lo único en la ducha no salía agua fría
