Fantastic stay in Kyoto. Great location, staff can communicate in English, comfy and spacious room which can open 2 luggage at the same time. Lawson is just opposite of the hotel, very convenient. Will definitely visit another time 👍🏻

Nice hotel, near station and many restaurants

Everything was good except the Wi-Fi (both in room and lobby). Besides, the staff are really not good in English, so keep that in mind!

It's very close to Kyoto Station, everyone! There are also many train stations, bus stops, and restaurants nearby. Although it's a bit more expensive than Osaka, the rooms aren't too small.

We arrived from Kyoto at 6 a.m., planning to just drop off our luggage before checking in at 3 p.m. The staff invited us to rest in the large, comfortable lounge and then continue exploring Kyoto. Everything about this hotel is good, unfortunately, the room’s sound insulation is bad. I can hear 2-3 Chinese women talking very loudly in the next door room. Cannot sleep well on my last night at the hotel.

The room is spacious for unpacking 2 large luggage, which is super rare in Japan budget hotels. The experiences from staying in this hotel are wonderful. The area is close to Kyoto Station, but a little bit hard to look for a convenient restaurant to eat that is close to the hotel.

We chose this hotel because it is close to Kyoto Station. In addition, there are extra seats to sit by the window while having breakfast from a convenience store. Not too cramped like other cheap hotels in the city center. The bed and duvet are comfortable, the pillows are also very soft.

I had a most pleasant stay here. The room is very clean, modern, and bigger than others at the same price. The location is near Avanti and you can walk to Kyoto Station.
