Nice and cozy place to stay when in Thessaloniki.

Great breakfast and convenient location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for our day trips. We would definitely return and recommend this place to our family.

Nice room overall but shower would flood which was frustrating for the price.

Front desk employees were amazing!!!! Hotel was smaller, but very nice, very clean room. Breakfast employees could be better, they were letting food run out all the time. Location of hotel is very nice!

Hotel 15 Ermou is lovely hotel in the center of Thessaloniki, accessible to restaurants, stores, and major sites, The staff was friendly and extremely helpful.

Beautiful and clean hotel with attention to detail. Lovely and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast spread. Walking distance to all there is to see in Thessaloniki. Would benefit from catering to more international tourists - maps, etc. Amenities like onsite restaurant or bar, gym, pool would be nice to have.

Central hotel . Newly renovated clean rooms (small) Perfect location . Parking a car is a nightmare and not easy . Take a taxi

The staff were amazing and the hotel is located perfectly. Close to everything. Breakfast was great as well as the service tgere. The room was too small especially the bathroom, when the toilet located very close to the sink.

My son and are first time in Europe, staying overnight in Thessaloniki. Hotel is fabulous. Location is middle of everything. From the moment we walked into the lobby, it was perfect. Incredible value. Obviously a high tech makeover on an old building, technology abounds in the room. Rooms are small, but immaculate. Highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was just perfect. The interior design is excellent. The decoration is amazing (details to every single thing). The linens smell so nice, the bathroom is fantastic. Scrambled eggs were so delicious. Location is also perfect. Definitely my choice for my future trips to Thessaloniki.

The hotel itself was fine. Nothing worth mentioning. However, I will mention the lack of compassion and understanding from management when I had to check out 6 DAYS PRIOR due to a family emergency that required me to fly back to Canada. Despite the help and request from Hotels.com the hotel REFUSED to reimburse me for the 6 days I didn't stay at their hotel. I will never stay at this property again. Greedy.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Thessaloniki.

This is the second time we’d stayed here. And here is the reason why. Breakfast was great, location was very convenient to main shopping areas and restaurants.

Modern conveniences in a quiet setting with great staff.

The service is excellent. Especially the waitress in the dining area. She is so sweet. The hotel is pretty new. My only complaint was the night light. It is sensor sensitive, it won’t shut off at night.
