Very good night's sleep in a clean quiet room. Friendly staff. Breakfast set up is a little chaotic but again the staff were excellent.

The hotel was lovely, could not fault it! The only thing I’m unhappy about is the length of time for my deposit paid at arrival to be refunded onto my credit card!

This is my 5th year staying here on my annual trip. Excellent location, friendly staff, and spotless rooms. Breakfast buffet is also stellar! Would highly recommend staying here. Side note, short walk to Jamison's on Bow Street (get the Cold Brew-Tini!)

Room was clean, tidy and spacious. Super comfy bed and great pillows. Good location. Can walk to most things. Good variety of breakfast, hot and cold. Only issue is breakfast gets so busy so get down early.

Second stay, good place to stay. Better to stay on floor 6, the view is excellent. I was on level M for this short stay and it’s not as good.
