Great property! Good location! Clean!

The second morning we woke up with ear splitting construction noises when I called about those the hotel staff made me think I made it up because construction that was being done on the upper floor was only supposed to be done on the weekdays. And I was complaining on the weekend so clearly I was hearing things. They said they would send someone up but no one came. I took a video and went downstairs and then they finally believed me and told me I could switch rooms which thankfully they did quickly. But I really did not appreciate being gaslit.

They were so amazing it was my birthday and I didn’t like my room by the pool where there were going to be children. Went down and told them and they upgraded my room!! The staff was super amazing and the hotel is my favorite in Seattle

This is a nice property but it should be noted that this is a shared apartment complex and hotel. I felt a bit misled in this way. There is no restaurant, nobody was able to help us bring luggage to rooms 10+ stories high. Elevators were a nightmare. Food and coffee is a couple block walk away. I was traveling with young kids and this was not the most ideal location for us. Pools were lovely but again, its a shared busy high rise apartment complex. They were also doing construction on the 13th floor (which wasn't disclosed) and it was very loud.

The hotel amenities are great

There’s no accessibility, no signs explaining where the pools are or where anything else is. No towels offered at the pool. Overall a horrible layout and not a great experience, especially for the price.

Need better instructions on check-in and check-out process. Would be helpful to know how to use the elevators before showing up.

Great place! Plenty of room for 5-6 adults. Clean and in great condition. The only negative was the check in process…our flight arrived late so the lobby was locked. It was hard to find where to enter to check in. We had to go down into the parking area to get in.

We reserved a two bedroom unit with kitchen island, office and 2 bedrooms. We received a much smaller unit with no island, no office and second bedroom was a closet with a bed in it. Beautiful building, great facilities, great amenities but terrible room for 5 people. This was not the room I reserved and was shown on their website. I want a refund.

It was very nice, the two bedroom was a bit deceiving but it was still ok. Not worth the money we paid but it worked for our family. A lot of add on charges when we got there and never got a check out email even though the check in guy said all we had to do was drop our keys at the parking key drop, since we were charged fully at checkin. Also after being charged fully we also had a $250 deposit charge pending that we were not aware of.

It is probably deserved 4 stars off season.. but very busy with summer high temperatures and probably only one hotel with outdoor pools in town. Couldn’t reach any help when was needed. No one come to check on cleaning or at least offering clean towels, coffee pads etc. the AC is not working properly it was always too hot in the room even set up at 68F . At least we didn’t have to pay as much as prices increased the week after … The pool area is ok but managing stuff seems like didn’t get proper training being loud, having radio turned high to listen conversations between the stuff, shouting loud the gate door etc… like guests weren’t the priority at all. Don’t think will be back

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Newer with great amenities. Quiet upscale area, close to everything. Gym was amazing, hotel seemed very secure, and we were able to walk to tourist attractions including the Space Needle, Chihuly Gardens and Pike Place Market. Whole Foods is a block away so we could easily get fresh healthy food for our stay. Several good coffee shops nearby. We did not use the ‘party room’ area off the pool but wow, it’s lovely and we saw other families enjoying that area. We had an issue during our stay and the manager Cynthia went above and beyond to be accommodating and resolve the problem. Because of this we would absolutely stay again, and recommend this hotel to others.

Have stayed here multiple times and always have had good experiences except for this one. Immediately after getting checked into my room I realized the toilet in the bathroom didn’t flush properly and when trying to call the front desk the phone in the room didn’t work at all. After going downstairs to tell the front desk they said it would be easiest to just put me in a different room which I agreed to. After moving to the new room it was apparent it was a downgrade from the one that I originally paid for. Out of all 3 tvs in the room not a single remote worked on any of them. My girlfriend was also trying to get ready in the bathroom and realized the electrical outlet by the counter didn’t work at all which led to her having to get ready on the floor in front of the hallway mirror. I did not bring this up to the front desk as I assumed there move would to be to try and just put me in a new room again which I did not want to do for a second time. Normally have had great experiences with this place but this time definitely wasn’t good.

Family trip - multi bedroom condo after cruise

Our room smelled like someone had been cooking with strong spices. Rooftop pool was closed for renos. Indoor pool was closed at 9:30am on a weekend for cleaning? Curt customer service at front desk. No explanation on how to use the elevator (took some trial and error). Executive suite was right off the elevator so it was loud. Lock was broken on patio door which was kind of worrisome with our toddler and baby. Nice area. Good amenities for kids if you can find/gain access to them.
