Nice room

Always enjoy my stay here!

They said housekeeping would be done at 9am. Stayed there four days and was not done once. Had to call every morning for fresh towels

Beautiful hotel and amazing food

Quiet,clean and very friendly staff!

The hotel was located inside the casino. The check in could have been better. The girl checking us in was not as hospitable as she should’ve been. The room was nice and big BUT if you are outside or even inside you can see right in or out of the room though the crack in the two doors that open into the room. Talk about possible invasion of privacy! I was NOT comfortable about that and my husband did mention it to a manager on the casino floor but he dismissed it like it was nothing. It is NOT nothing to us and our being able to be comfortable in our own hotel room because people or even hotel staff that could possibly look into our room at anytime they want! The casino REALLY needs to fix that! Other than that, everything was great in the room and the living room of our hotel room. The bed was comfortable, the sofas were soft and comfortable, and the shower was nice and big!

Very clean comfortable very nice i did not see online please be aware it is a dry facility no alcohol allowed on premises it wasnt a bother for me but we stayed with a bunch of families and kids not kid friendly make sure you do not let your teenager or kids out of their rooms without an adult the fun police will come intimidate you and make you aware dont let your children be kids in the pool area either they will hang signs on their walls a whole bunch of kids in the pool area they kept coming in to watch our kids even though they were accompanied by adults multiple times but never thought to bring clean towels in for the kids and the smell of chlorine is horrible very thick air need better ventilation i really dont feel this is a family friendly hotel other than that not a bad stay beautiful facility

Overall it was nice but some Employees seemed to be just there and others super friendly. Our room was clean except for the dresser and table top was extremely dusty. We left the due not disturb out the first day but they still cleaned. That was odd also don’t replenish the coffee or a second washcloth . 2nd day we weren’t told to have the no disturb out otherwise housekeeping knocks on the doors at 9 to see if you’re staying or checking out. Apparently when we checked in they were supposed to tell us that. Also no choice but to have a bell hop we. Like bringing in our stuff ourselves.

This is the first time we have stayed here. It is one of nicest hotels we have stayed in. The room was spacious, clean with care to every detail. And the price was very reasonable.

This is my 4th time here and I have enjoyed it every time

Everything looks new. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Machines are kept very clean. Restrooms are clean.

Every time we stay here it's a fast and easy check in. Employees are friendly and the rooms are clean.

Very good and clean room

Nice and clean. We were surprised that the property was “dry” as we didn’t see that indicated online. We were not able to have a bottle of wine in the room or anywhere on property, so had to dispose of it. Wish that policy would have been more clear online.

This hotel is a great place to stay. It has restaurants, shows, and casino games to play. Our room had a great view of the mountains, comfortable couch, and a big bathroom. My biggest complaint is the bed was rock hard and was uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, I wish this casino had other things to do like a movie theater, bowling alley, ect..

They coming to this property offering have a limit last year since they opened, whenever it's convenient and can eat here and most of all of your safe here and your vehicle safe they have security clutches your vehicle in the parking lot if you are in where they Park you or if you park yourself next cameras that's really like about it.

Plenty of free parking. Casino has good variety of slot machines, is clean, and nice beverage bars. Dining options are good. Nice to be eligible for discount book, which we used for food.
