Nice location, very nice room, Awesome staff!

My stay at Hard Rock Hotel New York was phenomenal! The musician-themed floor and room, adorned with vibrant decor honoring music legends, created an immersive, unforgettable vibe. The room was spotlessly clean, with fresh, comfortable bedding that ensured a restful night. Breakfast at Sessions was a highlight, featuring a delightful menu with the standout avocado toast. The daily rotating fresh fruit selection added a vibrant, refreshing touch. The staff’s customer service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and always accommodating. Highly recommend this rockstar experience!

Great Experience - it felt very New York-y! Exactly what we were looking for!

The hotel is in a good location for sure, with easy access to most places you’d want to go in NYC. Rooms were clean and staff friendly. The biggest drawbacks are firstly the size of the room. I know it’s NYC and space is limited, but it was too small for us and our 4 year old, even though we had a Twin Queen room. Secondly, dining options were a bit lackluster. To be fair we only ate in the restaurant once, but my truffled mac and cheese was really small and fairly cold and my wife had a salad that was a real weird concoction with what looked like a whole head of lettuce dumped on top of it. My son had tenders which were dry and hard. As mentioned, only dined there once so could have been an off day and there are plenty of other options close by to the hotel that were good naturally. There wasn’t actually anything that was outrageously bad about the property, but also nothing outrageously good either.

Hotel in general good. Really disappointed with the toilet situation. Gender neutral toilets are awful. I was unfortunate enough to need the loo whilst checking out of my room. Every single toilet had urine sprayed all over the seats. I had to get some loo roll and physically wipe it with alcohol wipe so I could sit down to wee. This is disgraceful for ladies to endure. Please sort this out . I will give you a solution which isn’t rocket science. One ladies, one males and one gender neutral. There , common sense prevailed!!

Very good. Thought $20 to use in hotel was a joke. Really a ploy to have us spend more money. Staff all did a good job

The Hard Rock is in an excellent lication, walking distance to great foos, great shows, Times Square and Central Park. The hotel is great, clean and the staff is friendly and heloful

Amazing!! Room was excellent, super comfy bed with soft pillows. Only downside was the dumpster truck at 2.30am taking the rubbish and blaring it’s horn!☹️

Wonderful hotel in an amazing location, they assist me in arranging the dressing of my daughters bedroom for her 21t birthday - the sky bar is stunning, the food in the session restaurant is lovely and reasonable for New York.
