Nice location, just in the city center . Nice staff. We enjoyed the stay.

Staff was top notch, very attentive. Made sure we were having a wonderful experience. Alex was amazing, always checking in, helping us with recommendations for food and booking activities. Anna was so helpful as well. Can’t remember the gal from the kitchen, but very helpful prepping our complementary bottle of bubbly. Room was lovely, spacious. Great location, easy to walk all around Palma. Room Was quiet and wonderful View from Rooftop deck and restaurant. Would definitely stay there again!

when asked on check out if there was any feedback on my stay I found myself absolutely stumped (and this is rare!) Everything about this hotel was superb. Find yourself suddenly thirsty? A bottle of water and a small chocolate suddenly appears via the turn down service. Want a classy cocktail and some light tapas with at sundown? Head up to the 8th floor for the wonderful roof terrace. Want the best nights sleep in a luxurious bed? Book this hotel. And the location of Nivia is absolutely perfect, right in the middle of Passeig de Born. But with the double glazing you wouldn't know you were right in the heart for the city.

Great stay, friendly staff

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff very welcoming and could not have been more welcoming. It was ideally sited for visiting the old town and near a range of excellent restaurants.

Our réservation specified that we should have a bottle of wine because that we didn’t have Thé bed was not confortable (too soft)
