Customer service and friendly Ness and room are very clean

Lovely place to stay,staff were very helpful and placed was lovely and clean. Ate at Mollies diner and had a lovelyeal,staff also very helpful and brilliant service,would highly recommend

Fantastic pit stop on our way to Cardiff. Hotel room was spotless. Lovely comfy beds and pillows. Great Cowshed products in bathroom. Dyson hairdryer and straightners we're a great touch. Slept well with the blackout curtains and nice and quiet too. Only complaint was there was an issue with the water supply in the morning and we were late checking out because of it. Also for a twin room the beds were pushed togther which was a bit odd. The staff were friendly and went out their way to help with any issues arising.

Room was lovely. Only slight complaint. The area over the wash basin definitely needs more light! Difficult to see ( especially for make up ) Would absolutely stay again though.

Excellent stay! Great location and the facilities are perfect!

Spotlessly clean and air conditioning was superb!! And we were especially grateful as the uk was experiencing a heatwave! Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice on offer. Excellent value for money. The tea and coffee free to guests at reception was such a nice touch.

Breakfast not included. At molie's diner menu was too much meat based. Should have some healthy options. Could have told us about other dining places nearby.

Mollies is just easy. Very expensive this time as apparently Tuesdays and Wednesdays are their busiest business days which is a shame as doubles the price. We tried the bunk bed room this time (just 2 of us) and was really good fun and would definitely recommend. Staff were great, easy access to boiling and cold drinking water is a huge plus. Beds are incredibly comfortable and shower is amazing. Consistent high quality throughout the motel each time. This was our 3rd visit and we’ll definitely be back just wish they kept prices more reasonable for leisure guests.

Love Mollies! I always stay here when visiting Bristol. The hotel is spotless, handy for coming off the M5, staff are friendly, the food in the diner is amazing and the in room amenities are second to none! Highly recommend it!

Check in was speedy and the grounds are really well presented. The room was clean and bedding was cosy however, the velvet arm chair had a lot of dust on the back of the back cushion, and definitely had some unpleasant ‘treasures’ down the side of the seat cushion. I slept well, bed was comfy, it actually wasn’t noisy considering you are right by the main road. You wouldn’t know. The shower pressure and temperature was perfect!! That was such a luxury. The hairdryer was great, the straighteners didn’t work but that wasn’t a big deal because I had my own. Now…I’m sorry but, NO KETTLE IN THE ROOMS! This might just be the most British thing I’ve ever written but any time I wanted hot water I had to leave my room, walk to the hot water tap in the communal hallway and then go back to my bedroom. This might not sound like a big deal but at 9:30pm at night, I’m in my pjs and want a hot water bottle. I had to have the mortifying experience of seeing other hotel guests in the hallway filling my hot water bottle. Cup of tea at 6am, yep, back to the communal hallway to fill my mug up. Just got up, major bed hair and pjs. Staff were super helpful, lovely girl resembling Harley Quinn in the restaurant was so lovely and proper service with a smile. She was so sweet. I would stay here again but not having a kettle was an issue for me.

Lovely clean room well soundproofed, shower excellent. Modern and fresh looking. Rooms should be provided with a kettle however , this is the only downside as walking down the corridor from the hot water tap with hot cups of coffee is not ideal as spillages likely , especially when between you , the tap and your room there is another door to get through . Wouldn’t put us off staying again though.
