Great service and helpful staff!

Nice hotel. Very nice staff, and great breakfast. Quite far from the town, there are not many restaurants nearby.

The hotel itself is very nice (new?), but the surrounding area lacks much of anything other than some cool biking opportunities.

It would have been a lot better if “free food and drink for 2 people per day” was explained to be what the hotel maintained it to be - “tipsy hour from 9:30 pm with bar snacks. Very unhappy about the lack of resolution to this discrepancy by hotel and the booking site. I’m out of pocket.

This is perhaps the best hotel in the Hualien area, with a top-notch new facility and close proximity to the Taroko National Park which unfortunately was severely damaged by the earthquake on 4/3/2024. The menu and food quality in the restaurant was much to our liking and to our delight, reasonably priced for dinner. Beach was a short stroll away.

Great hotel with delicious foods and live music.

Almost everything is excellent with this property. From the hotel, dining, to customer services. Their people are especially friendly and will do everything to help you. The biggest drawback is that it is in the middle of nowhere, literally no man's land. There is no uber, no transportion, walking anywhere is just to far and remote. You are literally stuck in the resort for nothing better to do. It takes about 30 minutes to get out to the Hualien town.

It’s perfect for a nice and quiet vacation. Walk to the beach, unbelievable breakfast buffet, excellent dinner service 👍

The hotel is close to the Taroko National Park. The breakfast buffet is excellent 👍 Also free in room mini bar! Free music entertainment at night too. Smart TV supports Netflix. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only drawback is the lack of safety deposit box in the room.

This hotel is nice itself ! However it’s about 25 mins from near by train station by walking! The hotel only provides shuttle bus to the train station once a day! Consider it’s a nice hotel, they can do better than that! By car, it’s only 5 mins from the nearest train station! Why not !’

What I disliked: My check in experience was not very pleasant because after parking the car and wheeling our luggage all the way to the lobby, we were told that we were at the wrong building as the hotel had two different buildings with another hotel in between theirs. This is not clearly indicated in the booking and when driving, it is not clearly indicated on Google Maps that they had two diff buildings. Also it kinda sucks to be in the satellite building, because the breakfast, dining and pools were all at the main building so we always had to walk over about 3 mins to get to it. The location is bad if you do not drive because there are almost no food options in the vicinity so you pretty much have to eat at the hotel. If you drive, Hualien city where most of the dining options are is a 30min drive away. What I liked: Upon entering our room, we realized we were upgraded from the normal twin room to a junior suite. We appreciated this but for some reason the staff didn't let us know when we were checking in. Thus the room given was extremely spacious and luxurious. There was also a hot and cold water dispenser on every floor which is very convenient. The hotel is also very clean which we appreciated.

Staff are welcoming and hospitable.

I received an email that I will be having a complimentary upgrade on our room but to my disappointment that there is no upgrade of room for us since we arrived the hotel only at 8 pm. Kinda of disappointed as I was looking forward.

Excellent property and staffs. Breakfast buffet is beyond extraordinary! Don’t miss it.
