Love this property staff was very nice

Best place to stay in Chicago for a multitude of reasons. 1) best self-park 2) spectacular outdoor pool 3) spotless apartment style unit w balcony 4) sauna 5) location. We’re going back un a few weeks.

Nice amount of space but the other rooms were not hotel guests and very loud. Could hear parties, yelling, and music. Also, small room didn’t have any air/heat so very stuffy.

The front desk staff is AMAZING!!! ACCOMODATING!!! AND AWESOME!!!!!

I LOVEEEEE LEVELS! the views are amazinggggg. it’s so worth it. 10/10 ALWAYS! everytime i come to chicago this is where i stay!

Excellent upgrade with view facing Michigan Avenue and a high floor. I really appreciate the accommodations.

Fabulous. Always enjoy my stay here. They are always super nice and accommodating. The building is spotless. Love having a washer and dryer in the room.

Loved the property! Only dislikes were, no available water bottles, and although they were sold out at their convenience store, upon asking at the desk, nothing was done to help the situation. Other than this, the stay was wonderful, and would definitely stay here again! Very quiet and plenty of things to do and see even on a rainy weekend. :)

Great property. We got upgraded to the 2br/2ba..AMAZING! Good location, very new and clean apartment. 2 issues: 1. cleaning staff only came once on our trip, unannounced at Sunday 9am. We were sleeping..I asked them and then front desk to have them come a later time, but they never showed. 2. One of the beds in the apartment definitely has spiders. In our group the two that were in the master bedroom were covered in small bites. NOT bedbugs, but spiders. Really?!!!

Love having a kitchen and a separate living room from the bedroom. Hope to get a higher floor next time to take in the views that the higher floors offer!

The property was nice and convenient. We received a free bottle of wine which was a welcomed touch.

We had a great stay at Level. We took advantage of a few of the amenities and loved our view of the city. Very easy check-in process and the staff was friendly and receptive to any of our needs. Thank you!

Great location

We brought our granddaughter to the city for her 18th birthday. I chose this place because the view looked amazing. Thus far exceeded our expectations and was a very memorable trip. We are already planning our next visit
