Great place to relax after long flight 5mins walk from terminal. Only 5mins walk to pick up hire car next day

the floor had trash and the bed sheets had a stain

I choose this hotel.. like some times in the past.. every time with breakfast.. but this time they want to charge me extra money for that.. unacceptable

Stayed for 1 night and we would stay again. Clean and staff was friendly. Food was good.

This property was as expected… amazing! The pool was a nice escape with the bar available to serve food and drinks.

Great place to stay if you’re flying out. The staff here are excellent and bilingual English/Spanish speakers if you need that. Food is great too.

The pool was the most unique feature of thos property. What impressed us tthe most was that even though we were so close to the airport you hard y heard planes.

Unfriendly staff attitude, room service told us to grab what we asked for at reception instead of going to our room.

The place is nice. The pool isn’t too big, but enough for what we needed. Staff is great.

The fellow who seated me was on his phone so I had to go to him to ask him to take my order. My salmon dinner was delicous. I did not the full buffet for 380 pesos but there was no other option for breakfast and no where else to eat before catching my train. The air conditionere in the room is noisy I resented being charged the Cancun taxi rip off charge of 550 pesos for a 10 minute ride from the Hotel to the Tren Maya station. The hotel should have a better option.

Nice layover, made van reservations for 7 am to take me to airport terminal 4 and they were so late, ai understand that things can happen but no one could give an answer, by around 7:30 I asked them to get me a cab, van showed up and took me, needless to say got to airport very late
