The Desk Clerk Kesha was very nice and welcoming. The hotel looked pretty dirty total not at the expectation of a La Quinta hotel. Will not stay again!

The staff was so hospitable! Sadly, my room had a washcloth from the previous guest and a carrot in the side of the bed.

Room was super clean BUT toilet was clogged and there was no shower curtain. Half a roll of toilet paper for 4 guest.

Stayed one night before taking a cruise, the room assigned was really smelly, it smelled like urine

The staff was really friendly! The room was okay, there were ants all over the place. The pool is over crowded most of the time but the little pool is cute. The hotel is in good spot for things to do, close to beach and boardwalk. I'd stay here again

Bathroom needs some upgrades, bathtub was dirty and clogged. The floor was dirty ( we found acrílic nail ) .the night stand had sticky Candy stains and dusty.

I stayed for 3 nights, the room wasn’t cleaned or restocked even once. I went to the front desk and they said that was normal and maid service is every three days. So I just asked if I could get a couple new towels and they said they were out of them and would bring some to my room later. The pool was disgustingly green and foggy. All the faucets on the tub and sink were loose. There was food remnants on the floor. Just overall dirty for a pretty new hotel

Just smelly

We had towels that were dirty. We stayed 4 days and not once did they clean our room or give us more towels. The phone in the room didn’t work. When I used my phone to call the front desk to ask for towels, I was told I could walk the halls to find a maid if I needed more. That she couldn’t be bothered to get some. There was water damage on the ceiling. We definitely won’t be staying there again. The pool was very cloudy and dirty looking.

Hotel and staff were great. The hotel entrance/driveway is terrible, ubber drivers had a tough time accessing the entrance.

Booked a 4 day stay. The pool was deep green when we arrived and after one day they tried to clean it. We were told the “pump broke”and pool was closed after that. 4 day stay with no pool was a disappointment due to this being a family trip.

Our room was clean, and the beds were fine. But there was no dryer, no information about the area, the television did not work. It was bare with no amenities.

The beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. Breakfast was okay, but it needed some more options.

On the site they rated this place a 4, I’m not sure how. The only thing presentable was the lobby. The hall way going to our room was filthy it needed to be be vacuumed. The room was terrible, the bed skirts were filthy and the bathroom was incredibly horrible 😢the bathtub was not clean and to make matters worse housekeeping left a dirty face cloth over top of the shower curtain. Ended up going getting cleansers to clean the bathroom . Spoke to the manager was told I would get a partial refund but have yet to see it. At this rate we travel there a lot last place I’ll ever stay. Very uncomfortable conditions…

The hotel room was okay, but needs some updates in the bathroom, like regrouting/cleaning tile. We strangely didn't have a shower curtain for our bathtub/shower.

Good for a quick overnight stay.

Called to ask a question about checking in and the lady was very short and rude with me.

Had to request for a different room due to a musty smell. The second room had the same musty smell. You could see mold spores on the AC unit. Staff was helpful and friendly
