Nice hotel. Decent location. Room was clean. Bed moderately comfortable. Great amenities in the room. Quick response to an AC issue. Lobby/entry congested and not very welcoming. The terrace of our room was outstanding and actually why we chose this hotel. The view was meh. Otherwise, good basic stay.

Overall the apartment has a great layout, tons of storage. One concern I have about unit #201 specifically are the bathrooms. Each bathroom has a window that faces into the back area of the building. Neither window has a privacy film or curtain to obscure individuals in the near by hotel stairwell from looking in (and recording).

Everything was amazing. Except we were given a bathroom that was meant for people with disabilities so it was very uncomfortable and the hotel was sold out. As I told the staff, there are no pictures on the reservation suggesting we might get a disabilities bathroom or else I would have specified I needed a normal one. I traveled with a baby and it was extremely uncomfortable. As it is not a cheap stay, the hotel is supposed to tell you you might get that room, or leave it open for disabled people and only count on 4 single rooms for guests not 5. Other than that everything was amazing.

The team was was generous and upgraded the apartment to bigger one.

The main entrance door lock was broken and I had to repack and moved to another room.

Just an awesome place to stay. Spacious, clean, every amenity. Would stay here any time i come back to Madrid and will not even look elsewhere. We were concerned about being a little further from the touristy areas but never waited more than about 2 minutes for a taxi. There are nice places nearby to eat, as well. Definitely not in the middle of the most visited sites but having a full apartment that is fully stocked with that staff they have is more than worth that small trade-off. Obviously, others may want to be right in the middle of the tourist areas (I am like that usually) and that is the one thing to consider.

Excellent property and staff. Location was super centric located 5min walk to the Metro. Staff is very attentive to detail and happy to help out. If you are thinking of spending time in Madrid and want your own Apartment with 5 star room features to host local friends to a bottle of wine or two; this is the place.
