The property and room were fine, but due to the summer weather, we needed to keep the windows open for airflow. Unfortunately, our room faced the street, and it was a very busy street with traffic noice all night. For a future stay, I would request a room that is not street facing to minimize noice level.

Absolutely loved my stay at this gorgeous hotel, i little hard to find on foot, but easy to remember & close to many bus links to airport, train station etc. Is a really nice walk through the mountain to the old town. Very clean, modern comfortable room, very good shower, lovely communal kitchen/ lounge, i will be back 100%, gorgeous city & place to stay!

Great property to stay for a quick visit. Loved the atmosphere and the replenishing fridges. The lockers were annoying and almost always full… needs more of those at the property.

I needed a one-night stay closer to the airport. When I booked numa I did not realize that it was a 'no-human' hotel with fully digital check-in and check-out. Check-in worked fine and communication was okay, but is limited by what Artificially Intelligence can interpret (don't ask an unusual question). The room was okay and had a coffee maker, but it did not have a desk, not even a chair (in a Deluxe room!), which is my main problem with this hotel. Also, there was no support for getting a breakfast - no list of places nearly, no vending machine. For the level of service, the room rate was too high (nearly $200)

There is not a person on site to talk to. Entry is by keypad to the hotel itself and to your room. There are only 3 parking spots for the hotel. We had to park 15 minutes away and pay for parking. The room was modern and fun but very small. It was an okay stay.

Overall nice hotel. Free drinks and workspace were great since there was nowhere to sit and work in the room (besides on the bed). There were a lot of dusty things in the room (lamps, bed headboard) and long, curly black hairs on towels and pillows and sheet (assuming from the cleaner). Basically not clean enough. No fresh towels were provided during the stay (just the initial set-we only had one large and two small in the room). There was a cabinet downstairs with linens, towels and toilet paper for guests to grab, but they were out of towels when we arrived and it was not refilled during our 2 nights there. Other guests were also looking for towels.

The room and building itself were pretty good overall. Checkin was smooth and there are free drinks and chocolate. Location wise it might be more suited towards those driving, some distance from the center area but still walkable. Neighborhood is quiet, so not a lot happening around. One complaint is luggage storage. There are only 5 lockers and people put their stuff in early at night. Would hope more lockers can be provided.

Great communication via mail and whatsapp. Very easy to check in and out. It's nice to have luggage store and breakfast option. On the first floor it's quite loud when the others are closing the front door, but the hotel is in a quiet street,so no traffic noise.

New hotel concept with ‘remote’ guest service who were very responsive via the 24/7 WhatsApp. Property in excellent condition, nicely designed lounge, free tea, coffee and drinks. If you are looking for a convenient stay, a great room and some good facilities, go here. Great value stay. I personally realised the all digital concept made me feel sad, missing some warmth that you normally have in a hotel with staff.

Hotel was really well decorated, nice bed and shower. Free water and snack in the room and free beer, lemonade and hot drinks in the downstairs dining area. Didn’t like that it was a self check in as we wanted to ask hotel staff some questions on the area and didn’t want to use the WhatsApp service. The distance from the town centre would prevent us staying again but a nice hotel

We really enjoyed staying at Numa. It was in a quiet neighborhood with convenient public transportation. Amenities at the hotel are new and clean. Additionally, we really appreciated the dining area at the hotel -- the cozy and friendly vibe made us feel right at home.

Contemporary stylish clean place located on a pretty quiet street. 20 minute walk to the old town. The room is cute, a little small (just the bed, nowhere else to sit). The bathroom is spacious, nice shower. The lounge area downstairs is really big and convenient. Has very good free coffee, beer, ginger ale. You can work there or bring your food and eat. The tap spring water in the lounge is good too.

Nice little hotel. Very modern and close to the city. There is no desk to check in- everything is done through your smartphone. There is a nice lounge on the lower level with a coffee machine. Would recommend
