Outstanding spacious property sprawling well maintained grounds ok restaurant disappointment with the infinity pool availability and miscommunication about working hours

Wonderful service, amazing food and a very pretty hotel, grounds. Kenmare is a cute village with some good shopping.

It was perfect! In the middle of Kenmare yet totally private. So many amenities and the service was excellent. Our party of 4 was thrilled with this property.

Beautiful hotel and grounds but the staff was the best part! Everyone we came in contact in was lovely & so kind and accommodating. I'm not certain about all the rooms, but 222 did not have an outlet near a mirror which made it difficult to dry hair but that's the only con I have with Park Hotel.

Classic historical property with friendly staff and beautiful gardens. The botanical garden tour by Shane was a highlite. Wi-Fi needs improving

what a hotel :) and the team were just amazing, special thanks to the manager of the front desks to accommodates us and offer us even better room, during our stay every one in the hotel were amazing, so nice and kind and took care of our needs. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy 5plus star service and beautiful scenery, the great point of the hotel was it was in the middle of city too, so in a minute you walk out you were in the town which was nice.

Just amazing lovely place. The service of each staff member was absolutely impeccable and friendly. This historic grande dame hotel with lovely grounds and views, a wonderful bar, restaurant, in a beautiful village. Sophisticated but comfortable and welcoming.

Beautiful old hotel, spotlessly clean and service exceptional. Hardly noticed the COVID restrictions as it was so nice.

Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent restaurant – food cooked and presented very well. Room was dated and caught in a 1950s timewarp. No air-con or fan provided. No fridge nor tea/coffee making facilities. Bed seen better days. Outrageously overpriced at €550/night WITHOUT breakfast. At that price point there are so many better options available in Ireland. When I complained to front-desk staff about the price without breakfast, was told that hotels.com bookings never include breakfast – something that is obviously untrue. This hotel might suit some people but I won't be going back.

Lovely! Very relaxing, peaceful and restful. Our 2nd visit and will return.
