We are not happy with this hotel.
We checked out without any issues. However, next day we received a text message from our bank telling us there is a new $5 charge to us from this hotel. We called the hotel immediately to clarify this additional charge. The manager of this hotel explained to us that this charge is due to consumption of the non-free bottle water
In room. We told them we did not touch the hotel’s bottle water. The manager said to me that he will look into it and call me back.
Several days passed no news from them and they did not refund it, indeed charged.
$5 is not big money but it reflects bad integrity of this hotel.
$5 is small amount to your individual customers but it will be a good amount if you make $5 this way from each of your customers.
In here we would not like to say Do Not Choose This Hotel. Instead we would say choose it cautiously and watch out your payment!
