Fantastic place to stay. Very clean, free parking, hip decor, great location.

Front desk went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was pleasurable. I believe his name was Dean…. A try diamond!!

Breakfast hours should be extended

The hotel is beautiful! It’s right in the heart of tupelo. Parking was tight, but I managed to find a place in the block my entire 2 night stay. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and street/downstairs Restraunt noise was not an issue. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lighting in the room and my view were fantastic! My only complaint would be there is no microwave in the room. Really such a small issue considering you’re staying over a Jobos and mugshots is next door. It’s also right next to a public park with a small playground and splash pad for kids. The park has a nice 1mile (I think) track and isn’t usually too crowded or loud. I felt very safe and comfortable in this room. I will definitely be returning!

The staff at the welcome desk as well as the maintenance staff were all welcoming and accommodating. My husband and I as well as three other couples stayed the weekend to attend a concert. We spent our first day enjoying the downtown area and having lunch at local restaurant. Then we spent the late afternoon sitting and having cocktails in the lounge part of the restaurant prior to ordering dinner. The wait staff were all friendly as well as the bartender, but the manager on duty was not. She was condescending to us and our guests and did not make us feel welcomed at all. While there, we witnessed the bar tender being called to the back by her and coming back to the bar looking like she had been crying. We spoke to a family member that lives in the Tupelo areas who shared with us that some of her friends have had similar experiences there, so it sounds like ours was not an isolated experience. My other complaint is more of a suggestion than a complaint. For the price of the nightly rate of the rooms, I would suggest there should be some type of quality coffee available for guests in the lobby area for the mornings. The coffee in the room was not a good quality nor was what is being served in the breakfast area. The nearest coffee shop with good coffee was two blocks away which myself and our friends ended up walking to for our coffee both mornings that we were there.

We stay at this hotel anytime we travel through Tupelo. It is a nice hotel. Although it's starting to show wear and tear, it is clean & the rooms are nicely set up.

It was a quick visit but enjoyed it very much!

We were just staying over Easter evening to be somewhere early on a Monday morning - we were so glad to have options as the hotel restaurant was opened as well as the burger shop nearby

2nd time staying at this establishment and loved it

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We a hiccup with the cleanliness of our room however the staff made it right in a timely fashion. The hotel was overall nice and the restaurant jobo was delicious, we’ll definitely return.
