After our flight was cancelled, we managed to book a room here at the last minute, which turned out to be incredibly convenient. The hotel made a good impression right away. Our room was nicely sized and the bathroom was modern and comfortable. The location was great as well, within easy walking distance of both the beach and a supermarket. Traveling to the airport by bus also went well, with 2 buses we were there in less than 40 minutes. The only downside of the stay was the slow check-in and the loud refrigerator in the room (in the evening)

We booked this hotel because we were arriving late at night and needed a place to stay for that one night. Big mistake. We completed the online check-in process, which provided us with a passcode to access both the building and our room. When we arrived, there were already other guests waiting outside the hotel. Ironically, we had been joking earlier about ending up sleeping on the beach if the code didn’t work — and that joke turned out to be reality. The other guests told us they had also booked just one night, as their flight was scheduled early in the morning. Their code had worked during the day, but now they were locked out and couldn’t retrieve their luggage from the room. Our code didn’t work either. We tried calling the hotel multiple times, but no one answered. We waited outside for two hours until someone exited the building and finally let us in. The room itself was awful and looked nothing like the photos. It was dirty, noisy, and smelled like a mix of gas station toilet and body spray. Never again. We also tried to contact the hotel afterward to request a refund, but our messages were completely ignored. Absolutely not recommended

The location of the accommodation was great, and the room itself was quite nice. However, we had a less-than-ideal experience with the service. Unfortunately, the main reception and cleaning staff member did not speak English. Despite our efforts to communicate, she was not very welcoming and came across as somewhat difficult to interact with.

Absolutely lovely hotel. I checked in online a week before I went and got a PIN code for the doors sent to me. It’s incredibly clean and has nice views from the balcony. I was really really impressed. I wish my company used such nice hotels for us!!

Location is very convinient, we arrived at the tenerife sur airport in the middle of the night and the taxi trip here was really short and fast. Pin code system worked well and the room was good for our one night stand purpose. Room is pretty old but still clean and we got a good night sleep. My husband was very pleased about the air conditioning which worked good as well. There is not much service here but we knew that already and it was fine because everything worked well.
