This is a nice hotel. Very modern, clean and comfortable. Need to be aware that road noise may be an issue if you’re a light sleeper. We asked to change rooms from road side to parking side. Which they did but it cost us an extra Eu45 as they only had a superior left.

We've stayed at this hotel several times and each time the service is very good and the location is great, just off the motorway and safe secure parking.

We booked this hotel because it stated that it had an ev charger. It didn’t and it causes a big problem as we arrived low on battery power. We wouldn’t have booked this hotel had we known this. 😡😡😡😡

What a great stop off place on a trip down to Spain. Great food to your room and electric charging on site.

Clean, modern, super comfortable bed, very cozy. Very friendly cafeteria staff. And I was able to spend the night with my dog. impeccable hotel.

This was our first experience with Kyriad and it was very positive. The room was large and comfortable and the hotel nicely livable. Good parking. Nice breakfast. Pleasant little town.

Good location off A10 at Bordeaux, easy to get back on the motorway. Staff were helpful and friendly, room spacious, clean and location was quiet. Restaurants are in easy walking distance in the St Eulalie area. I would stay there again

Many positives: friendly and helpful staff, good location if you are passing through Bordeaux and need a stop for the night, good price, decent breakfast (but a bit expensive), quiet. Oh, and for +8 EUR you can bring your pet. This is critically important for some people For the money, you really can't do better considering all the benefits. Note: there seems to only be 1 staff working at any time, not counting the room cleaner. So there are times when you will see nobody to help, but be patient. They are probably doing some task, but they will appear in a minute or 5. They are kind and friendly, so be nice to them.

Friendly staff, clean, amazing breakfast.

Good size room with large bathroom. Clean and quiet. Very comfortable beds. Only thing missing that would be good would have been a small fridge but no complaints

Good stopover hotel on a longer trip. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice room. Good parking. Good food (dinner and breakfast). Close to supermarket petrol station to fill up for onward journey.

Easy access from motorway with good parking.

A well maintained, clean and comfortable hotel, idealy suited for a short stay on a business trip. Parking directly outside the reception area. Good breakfast available. All staff found to be friendly and helpful.
