Hotel rooms we slightly dated. But all bed comfy and nice bathroom. And rooms fitted with a smart tv. It’s a very Spanish hotel which is lovely. Which means the kids club is all in Spanish but a few of the girls speak English which was lovely for our little girl. Food was absolutely fabulous, great options every night plenty to choose from. We have full board and never went hungry. Was a great place to stay

We had ants in our room where we needed to ask reception for spray to kill them, next day after returning to the room the room cleaning was done however still ants on the floor when we returned. Other than that we had no issues. - Staff majority very professional and friendly - manager in bar was slightly rude when I advised pizza we got served was cold almost froze and ask them to recook, he didn’t even speak just gave a dirty look grabbed the plate and left then sent someone else back down with the new pizza. No kettle or that in room would be nice if that was an option. I would stay again as the good things overcame the minor issues encountered during the stay.

Room was clean but dated. Shower was the best i have experienced in a hotel. Pillows were too soft for me but others may like. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Hotel needs modernization but i would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was delightful. Clean room, fabulous view of the sea. Breakfast and dinner were buffet style and very acceptable. Service was very professional. Reception were very helpful and attentive. Definitely returning

Great long weekend for a bit ow sunny down time

From check in to leaving it was a poor experience. You can’t run a tab in a bar if you are a resident, there is no al a carte restaurant, the check in was very slow, the room is dated and uncoordinated, my air conditioning blew warm air and could not be adjusted, the line for coffee at breakfast was over 20 minutes, could not exit the car park on check out because I’d handed in my key card so had to go back to reception where I had just checked out and they told me I should have kept my key card. Trrrible, would not recommend and will never go again. It’s not 4 star it’s a package holiday hotel.

Enjoyed a Christmas break and had the best of care. Staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was splendid. Fully tecommended.

Lovely hotel, fabulous staff, though there seemed to be a lack of staff in the bar. So service was slow. Our room had a problem with the shower tray which leaked all over the bathroom floor

What a wonderful experience we've had over Christmas. The staff were incredible, providing the best of care and comfort, both in our beautiful rooms entertainment lounge, and restaurant. We would definitely stay there again.

No sleep for three nights as they had a function that didn’t finish until gone 2 am every night , checked out 1 night earlier due to noise

We had a really good stay over Christmas. The hotel was clean and well designed. Our room was excellent. The only downside was the food overall could do with improvement, though the breakfast was excellent.

This is a bigger hotel than we normally stay in but for Halloween period it was virtually empty. The good free breakfast, nice pool area and UK TV were the best features.

The property was lovely but the only thing was on Friday after everyone had checked in for weekend , there wasn’t enough staff

Excellent hotel - room spacious and comfortable but lacks tea/coffee making facilities. Food plentiful with numerous choices. However Hotel needs to establish ways in which to keep it hot as it quickly gets cold with present service.

Weather was hot and sunny pools were good indoor pool nice and warm

We were delighted with our choice of hotel from the moment we got into our lovely spacious room! The view was fabulous and we were away from the main area so not too noisy! The attention to cleanliness was fantastic. The bathroom was spotless. Bath mat was in a plastic seal along with the toilet sealed with a hygiene label. Even the remote control had been sanitised and sealed! In these strange times it was a relief to see that the hotel took hygiene so seriously. At the bar/restaurants the staff were constantly wiping down and sanitising as people left. We would definitely recommend this hotel. We would love to cime back!
