I have a very good experience staying in this hotel with my family. Very convenient, near to the train and tram station. Walking distance to Nishiki Market. Several convenience stores nearby too. Highly recommend this hotel.

Super clean, all functions work well, very close to train and bus stops. Only the breakfast that is not satisfying.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in during my 10-day trip to Japan. Although it's only 16 square meters, the smart design separates the bathroom and toilet, and the bed and air purifier are also very good. Everything is automatic, near 3 bus stations & 1 train station. There is also a free and very delicious breakfast. The only minus point is probably that the staff is not good at English and the hotel location is quite far from the main entertainment spots in Kyoto. But our group skipped everything because the hotel is really beautiful & comfortable, the price is not too expensive compared to hotels in Kyoto, near convenience stores & restaurants.

Super recommended! The rooms are not as cramped as hotels in general, close to the bus stop so everywhere is easy. The lobby is also quite big, you can work in the lobby. Get free breakfast too, not bad!
