Great room, comfortable beds, spacious room and well appointment bathroom. It is not a huge hotel so it is quiet, even in the heart of the entertainment district. Valet parking is a bonus as an expedia member and wonderful given how expensive it is to park in the city. We really enjoy staying here.

Got a early check-in, less than 10 min to the blue Jays. Great experience!

The Hotel room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Decor and feel of the interior is above par and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I could easily recommend this hotel for a stay in Toronto.

Julian at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with! Every single team member from front desk/ valet/ housekeeping were professionals! Cheerful! Helpful! PLEASENT to deal with! The location of the property is excellent! The service was top notch! Highly recommend!!! And we will definitely go back!

A beautiful hotel Excellent location Super friendly and helpful staff Comfortable bed

Bed was really comfortable and shower was good. Air conditioning was too warm for our liking and made the room feel stuffy, but still ok. Hotel really clean and in a good central location. Self parking not really an option but the valet service was perfect! Helpful staff, however only issue was with checking in. A credit card is required. Debit card is an inconvenience and requires nightly charge, instead of overall stay deposit.

The Sutton Place Hotel was excellent! My wife and I were on a mini-vacation and the location was perfect for our needs. The room, food and especially customer service were great! Staff went above and beyond the call of duty to help me when I left a valuable item in my room when I left.
