Good food and food activities for kids. Nice hotel but starting to get a little run down in places

Lovely place. Really enjoyed our stay. Excellent breakfast.

Nice and comfortable bed. The food in the restaurant was as well recommendable.

I had a great but unfortunately too short stay of 3 nights here for a wedding. The place is beautiful. Rooms are large and fully A/C. I can thoroughly recommend.

Hotel is perfect for families with children, lots of activities, big clean rooms, huge terrace, breakfast great choice.

When we checked in there was a prevailing “just new” smell about the furniture and a different smell in the washroom. As we unpacked our bags we started to notice various insects. Beetles, Moths, Mosquitoes and various other flying critters. A previous tenant or staff had left a window cracked open behind the curtain - probably to get rid of the smells in the room. Once we were in the room and the lights were on, hiding behind the curtain was just not satisfactory to the local air insect armada. We were inundated. We tried calling the front desk – OOPS: NO PHONE! What kind of hotel does not have a telephone in the room! We spent a couple of hours commando killing bugs in the room. There were no other alternative rooms. In the morning (after sleeping on a horrible bed – 2cm of foam on top of a cement box spring does not make for a comfortable sleep) we tried to get a few extra towels since most of what we had were smeared with Bug guts. OOPS: NO TOWELS! The Hotel only had the bare minimum and until the laundry arrived later that day they did not even have ONE towel to let us use! The service at the hotel sucked. In the daylight we could tell from the insect smudges on the walls we were not the first guests to experience this insect Iwo Jima. This property is also lacking in many other ways. There was no safe in the room. No place to plug in electronics without unplugging the desk lamp. There was no place to “lay out” a suitcase. The suitcase “bench” was no more then 50 cms.

Hotel ogromny, pokoje przestronne. Spokojnie zmieści się rodzinka 2+2. Restauracja trochę droga ale jakość adekwatna do ceny, polecam Policzki wołowe. Alkohol w przystępnych cenach. Jedyny minus to temperatura wody w basenie. Mało atrakcji dla dzieci na basenie. Na tydzień starczy dłużej to już nie wiadomo co tam robić.

Świetny hotel na wypoczynek dla rodzin z dziećmi. Śniadania bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone. Polecam z czystym sumieniem.

Bardzo miło spędzony czas. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Jedzenie pyszne. Poziom komfortu: wysoki.

Super pobyt, brakowało nam jednak większej różnorodności śniadań. Fajna byłaby również oferta lokalnych dań lub przekąsek :)

Hotel komfortowy, duży parking bez dodatkowych opłat, duży basen. Dobra kuchnia. Super obsługa. Polecam!

Naprawdę piękny obiekt w malowniczym sąsiedztwie. Pokój z tarasem z widokiem na plażę i padok, w łazience podgrzewana podłoga. Super śniadanie - wszystkiego mnóstwo i bardzo smaczne.

Bardzo ładnie, elegancko, obsługa elastyczna. Jedyny minus to obsługa w restauracji, gdzie kelner próbował mi wmówić, że kaczka pieczona jest na świeżo, a czas oczekiwania to 30-40 minut :)

Dokonalam rezerwacji za posrednictwem strony hotels.com. Zarezerwowalam i zapłaciłam za apartament z sypialnia ("Apartament Suite, 1 sypialnia"). Otrzymalam zwykły pokój dwuosobowy w piwnicy. Na recepcji Pani oświadczyła, że cena którą zaoferował portal hotels.com byla za niska na apartament (???). Gdy chcialam zjeśc kolacje w restauracji hotelowej, okazało sie ze hotel (czterogwiazdkowy!) obsługiwał właśnie impreze okolicznościowa i nie miał czasu obsługiwać gości. Nikt mnie nie raczył o tym poinformować, a w odległości kilku kilometrów od hotelu nie było żadnej innej restauracji. Zirytowana zgłosiłam się do obsługi z prośba o razmowe z managerem. Nikt jednak nie miał czasu a pani z recepcji zaoferowała darmowa kolację. Warto dodac, że aby chcąc zapłacić za cokolwiek 9bez względu czy na recepcji czy w restauracji hotelowej) trzebabyło zejśc do piwnicy, do kręgielni to tylko tam był sprawny terminal płatniczy. Podsumowując: to miał byc miły, beztroski weekend a okazał sie wielkim rozczarowaniem!
