Room was really tiny

The Pueblo is my and wifes favourite benidorm hotel as the food is very good. The staff are friendly and very helpful also there is a great pool area

Only thing that spoilt my stay was the cold baked beans at breakfast

I stayed in one of the out buildings and the noise kept me awake you can hear people walking up the stairs doors banging and traffic. There was a horrible stale smell in room.

Excellent staff on reception and throughout hotel. Huge selection of choice at breakfast. Great location if you want to be in the heart of the new town. Rooms small but very clean and perfect for our short stay.

Very clean and friendly, but really noisy inconsiderate guests.

Staff courteous and very happy. Always available if there was an issue. I had a problem with my safe but it was solved promptly and politely. Loved the overall feel Of the hotel and will be back.

Room plus hotel very clean, pool area could do with a more regular sweeping I was put out that I could not get a kettle had to go out and buy one ( I needed hot water for my medication) other than that I was very impressed staff very good and helpful.

The hotel was alright, the pool is nice. The rooms smelt a bit odd, the room was extremely hot, and the food was average. That said the price is good.

My stay was very enjoyable and the hotel was very clean with friendly staff
