This hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff is amazing. Super accommodating. The service is customized it is just amazing. Will be staying there again.

Amazing stay, staff couldn’t do enough for us

The stay was amazing, all the staff were so kind and helpful especially the women who works at the W store who helped my grandmother find the hotel salon. The rooms were nice, clean and big. The facilities are amazing especially the beach couldn’t fault our stay. Definetly recommend!

Perfect location, excellent facilities, amazing service, the most adorable staff! Super clean! Got an upgrade and was treated like a queen! This will be my home on every trip to Dubai! W for the Win !

On arrival I was upgraded which was a lovely gesture. The hotel, room and dining options were incredible. I’ve stayed many times in Dubai but not in this part of Dubai or this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again. The only negative, which is common in Dubai, was the building work going on adjacent to the hotel. Whilst it was not very noticeable from inside the room, it made the balcony unusable as the building work was 24/7 and the noise from the balcony was unbearable. If you are staying ask for a room away from the building site.

When i checked in the told me that there are no twin rooms left, and the transferd me to another older hotel by 20 years with waaaay less luxury and still charged me the same price as if i stayed all the nights at the W. This hotel has no respect to its customers , reservations or travelers.

W hotel truly exceeded my expectations! Despite the nearby construction noise (beyond their control), my stay was exceptional. Highlights included the gym, diverse dining options, incredible breakfast, breathtaking views, and exclusive in-house beach club. But what truly made my stay special was the superior client service. A huge thank you to Erika for her exceptional service, thoughtfulness and genuine care, Daniel for his polite & courteous service with my bags, and Raj, the charming breakfast manager, who made me feel right at home.

There is construction work going on and very noisy. Even though I was moved to a quiet room for 2 nights, I feel they should not have given out this room to anyone. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Room not cleaned properly. Worktops sticky with milk and coffee and makeup.

had an amazing stay at the W Mina Seyahi Hotel in Dubai! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. My room was spacious and had stunning views of the marina. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore the city. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it for a luxurious getaway!

Amazing hotel linked to the meridian an Westin so get to use all facilities in all three hotels including the private beaches. The rooftop bar is awesome

Amazing property for first time stay

Had a great 5 night stay at the W Dubai! Rooms were really nice, staff very friendly and helpful, and good attention to detail. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful hotels and the rooms are amazing, but the beach and Mina Seyahi facilities are lacking and outdated.
