It was clean but not overly clean. ALL the dishes were dirty in the dishwasher so no one checked this upon new guest arrival seems like a big miss. The bathroom door was missing screws so it was clunky to open and close.

Pretty clean lots of space and easy to get around . One of the better places we have stayed at .

For the most part, the stay was nice, but just a few gripes: 1.). No overnight staff 2.). Poorly equipped kitchen 3.). No daily cleaning 4.). This was my most frustrating one, no roll carts for luggage. I was told that guest were damaging walls with them, so they got rid of them. This is the poorest excuse I have ever heard. How do other hotels have them and deal with the issue? When people stay for extended periods of time, they are going to have lots of luggage. Plus, the elevator is located in the part of the building with the least parking. So coolers, luggage and other items had to be carried through the length of the building to the elevator and then to the room. This is a deal breaker for me, and we will not be back. There are better places to stay, that will provide the basics. 5.). The center common area was very nice. Unfortunately it was always occupied 6.). The exercise room was very limited. The only piece of equipment that was of value was one treadmill, and it was always in use. Never got a single workout done. 7.). The shower was not handicap or older person friendly at all. With tall walls and no handles, my mother found it a struggle. 8.). Stove overhead light did not work. Anyway, the room was clean and beds were somewhat comfortable. The room layout was nice, and furniture was in good shape. The place was maintained well and what interaction I had with staff was good. Would not stay there again.

This was a great place to stay for a soccer tournament weekend! The extra space was fantastic.

Great place for a multi-day stay. More like an apartment than a hotel room. Awesome coffee machine in the lobby (but lobby hours shorter than most hotels; especially on weekends).

Perfect place to stay while in town. Property is safe and secure. Room had everything we needed. Clean and looked newly renovated. Onsite staff quick to respond to towel and blanket requests.

I like the room a lot and the agents were very helpful and pleasant. I only wish they would clean the room more often than every seven days as the policy stated.

Overall I enjoyed my time in Greenville and the accommodations., My only negative was that the walls are very thin and I could hear everything going on in the unit next to me and I am sure they heard me as well.

I always stay here when I visit Greenville, which I do several times a year.

Very nice setting with friendly and helpful staff. The suite set-up was pleasant. More set up for long-term stays, with weekly housekeeping, though there were no drawers in the suite we stayed in.

Good for long term stay.

The location was great. There are several dining options in two different directions along with a shopping mall and other shopping options.

The hotel was adequate all around. Very nice staff and very communicative as well. It's unfortunate that I was unable to fully appreciate all the amenities because of a hurricane storm that knocked out the power for over half our stay there. I would say the kitchen is the nicest part of the room while everything else is about what one would expect from a reasonably priced hotel itself. Nothing stand out but still a solid price for the value I booked it for. I do wish I could have really seen how much all the things like the oven and what not brought to my life though. Alas, maybe another time.
