Amazing stay!! Service, food, spa and suite were perfect!! Will definitely go back!!

Everything was wonderful! The staff was amazing! I’ve never been so relaxed before!

We absolutely loved this property. We had a master suite with an ocean view and loved the room. The butler service was a luxury and Daniel was very attentive. The only difficult thing is that there are no reservations at the restaurants, except for Teodoro, so we ended up having to wait quite a long time to be seated at each restaurant. But the food was exquisite so it was worth the wait.

We had the best time at Impressions - highly recommend the buy up for elevated food and entertainment spaces.

The property was very nice and the staff was amazing for the most part. Just had a bad experience with one of restaurants on property. The staff was very unprofessional and rude to us during dinner time.

Excellent property with stellar staff.

This was an excellent property with many incredible food options, ultra luxury.

I came here for my 30th birthday and absolutely adore this resort. The staff were extremely attentive in our Butlers were so sweet. The food was also amazing. The only thing I wish is that they took reservations because sometimes we were waiting two hours to dine at some of the restaurants. The resort itself is absolutely stunning and tons of intimate places to just relax and unwind. The room is on the impression side were absolutely mind blowing. I will definitely come back here to come.

We had a great time here for my birthday. All the staff, the butler service and shows were great! I would definitely come back. The view from our room was stunning. Would love to come back!!

This was our second stay at Secrets Impression and we loved it again. The place is clean, has many pools, and the food/drinks are amazing. Only disappointment was the dinners at Seaside, the place was understaffed and food came out raw both times we went to it. Other than that, it was an amazing trip once again here. Special thanks to the following employees: Orlando at Cielo (awesome and the best!), Alejandra at Seaside and Cielo, and Benjamin and Eduardo at Seaside.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The service was very professional and very good. The food was exquisite. The cocktails were well prepared depending on the bar. For example, the Cover Bar, Rooftop bar, Seaside Beach Club and the Impression lobby prepared exquisite cocktails, however, at the Bamboo bar the cocktails were not well prepared. The restaurants were very good, except the Ember where the service was average and the food average. I would like to highlight the wonderful experience at the Teodoro restaurant.
