It smells a bit bad and dull inside

Getting to Kashi takes 40-60 mins from this property because of traffic conditions.

Beautiful surroundings..nice friendly staffs..clean and safe..they make you feel at home away from home.

I was visiting Varanasi for film shoot with expensive equipment. At the time of booking the property kept the surrounding conditions hidden from me. Only upon reaching I found out the main road is under construction and there is tons of dust in the air for almost 3 miles of distance and travelling thru it was extremely dangerous for my equipment. Upon request I asked them that I want to cancel my reservation and move to different hotel. I did move to another hotel right on my first day and this hotel refused to refund my money even when explained that it’s the harmful environment for my equipment as well as my health. I would definitely stay away from a hotel whose management was not upfront of the condition of the building which was covered with dust. Forget my equipment, it’s dangerous to breathe in such conditions. Would definitely stay away from this property for next 3 to 4 years until that part of the city is developed or property posts the accurate information of the environmental condition. Book at your own risk. I lost my entire money.

Unparalleled hospitality. Luxury living. Exceptional service. Good pool. auto and car available through the hotel and as you step outside. Dining options are limited. On premises aarzoo restaurant serves excellent food. It would be nice to if they had street food in the menu.
