Checking in for this stay was a nightmare. We had to go to a location by the cathedral to check in, and directions were not clear. The apartment itself was ok, but there was an active water leak in the kitchen sink, and the hotel that managed this location was unable to get us additional coffee, towels, etc, in less than a day since they are not on site at the apartments. The view of the cathedral from the room does not exist as there are trees blocking it. Part of the reason we booked here was to see the city from across the river, and we had no view. The area outside the apartments/hotel was also incredibly sketchy and we felt constantly on alert for pickpockets, etc. The apartment was comfortable and did have off street parking in the garage for a very small vehicle, but I would not stay here again.

So clean and modern. The location can’t be beat for access to exploring the Jewish quarter on foot.

It was quiet and close to the Mezquita, across the Roman bridge. There are good dining and breakfast options nearby.

Great apartments, very clean, very well equipped. Perfect location, quiet but literally 2 minutes walk to the centre. Other reviews mention issues with checking in at a different location. This is true but it's 3 to 5 minutes walk away and the communication from the company Eurostars Hotels was great.

The unit was comfortable but we encountered roaches the morning of our departure and stains on the pillow cover.

Property and location were excellent. Would highly recommend. The reception lady could have been a little more friendly.

The check in is a long way from the apartment. The entry to the underground parking is small and a nightmare. The code did not work for parking. The code worked only once in three times we went out, so we were always calling to get in!

We arrived at 8:00 pm but quickly faced a series of frustrations. Unable to find the entrance, I called the number on my reservation only to learn that check-in was at a different location. I could walk 10 minutes or drive closer. I drove, then waited another 30 minutes due to a system outage before returning to the original site. On-site parking was advertised, but I was told to use a nearby public lot. While unloading, a man approached, demanding money to “watch” my car. When I refused, he became aggressive, a stressful experience for my wife and our 7-month-old. We managed to walk away and approached the building, only to find the code provided didn’t work. Multiple attempts and calls were useless; a fellow guest who overheard me finally opened the gate, explaining he had also waited over an hour. We both called the hotel again, and after another ten minutes, staff arrived to grant access. We finally entered our room 1.5 hours after arrival. The room itself was recently renovated, spacious, and elegantly simple. However, it had an overpowering smell of fried chicken, which, though unpleasant, we ignored due to exhaustion. Positives included the professional and apologetic staff member who helped us. However, management needs to address significant issues, especially the access code system. I’d recommend switching to a reliable key card system. Despite the room’s aesthetic appeal and the staff’s helpfulness, I can’t recommend this location due to the operational setbacks

Just by the Roman bridge and with views to the Mosque, this is a convenient and mostly quiet place to stay. Spotlessly clean, fantastic shower and a big kind size super comfortable bed. There are two local, no frills restaurants very close by that were still open with good food and it is often buzzing with the local community. Go there for a traditional breakfast, well worth it. Don't forget to check-in at the hotel next to the east side of the mosque before crossing the bridge to the apartment, you will need the access code to get in. Lovely friendly staff with some good tourist recommendations. Our one complaint is the following:- the flat has a coffee machine but not a single pod of coffee was provided. There is nowhere close by to buy some either - it's an ill thought rather mean decision by the hotel. I had read previous reviews and I knew what to expect so we took some tea and coffee with us. There are local small shops for general basic ingredients very close by. Apart from this, it was a really good stay.

Apartments are great. Really big, clean, and very reasonably priced. I paid for parking but the entrance to the car park is so tight to turn into I tried once and nearly took every corner off the hire car so gave up. There was LOADS of on street parking outside the apartments directly, so all was fine. Location is perfect, it’s on the other side of the river from the old town, which makes for perfect views and pictures whenever you leave (5 min walk to old town). The only downside for me was having to go to a different hotel to check in first - I understand why they can’t have staff on site but would recommend they try some kind of online check in process so that you can just head straight to your apartment

This is a very nice property. It looks like it has been recently built and looks very modern. You can see the old city from the window and we just loved how clean and nice it was.

It was nice that the parking is onsite, yet it is hard to locate the property because the phone map takes you a street near the area. The property still feels new, modern and spotless. Very convenient when visiting the old town landmarks i.e, Mezquita. Bed is comfortable and the apartment has a nice kitchen. I only stayed for 1 night but I would definitely stay again given the price compared to the other hotels in old town. Our stay was worth it. I have to mention that the check-in is at Eurostar hotel in old town, which is approx. 7mins. walk from the property.
