Several issues with this hotel:
1. They messed up my check in and checked me under wrong name. I had to call front desk and correct the mistake. In the morning, no show fee was deducted from my card, had to talk to the manager to have it reversed.
2. Hotel has issues with plumbing, shower drain in the room was not working and ended flooding whole room and into the hallway. Had to shut water 5-6 times to drain it slowly not to flood the room.
3. Breakfast options are quite limited. Wait staff running around the breakfast area and hard to catch their attention.
Overall definitely not a 5* service, maybe 3* on a best day to compare global hotel standards. Surprising that it has Marriott brand on it.
