clean but bit uncomfortable for business traveller due to no desk inside room

The lady at the front desk was not friendly at all. We asked for extra pillows and been advised of $10 charge, which I have never seen a hotel charging for extra pillows. Must be kidding.

The room was too stuffy without the air conditioning, and opening the window was crazy noisy . How do you expect people to sleep?

This hotel was a surprise. The facility is very upscale and intentionally designed, not to mention spotless. The quality of the food at Two N Two was shockingly good. I’ve been to 5 star hotels that aren’t as good as Urbanest in all areas. Room was clean and very spacious, as well as modern an luxurious. This hotel is 3 star but punches way above its weight class. We will definitely go back when we go to Korea again. We absolutely loved this hotel. Loved it.

The property is in a nice safe and quiet area. The staff was incredibly cordial and polite. There is a 7-11 convenience store attached directly to the hotel on the first floor so anything you are missing you can easily get at any hour. Just overall an incredible place to stay in the Wonheung area. Extremely close to the subway as well.

It was really good just a little further out but no problem if you don’t mind riding the subway.

Excelent hotel vith excelent view

Only issue was that the AC was not available because it was March and they don’t turn it on until later in the year. There are no windows in the bedroom. Tried running the fan but the air was warm. Ultimately opened windows in main room and left the bedroom door open, but airflow was still not great. Otherwise the property was great.

1泊ではもったいないくらい良い部屋でした。 あえて気になる点をいえば、水が流れる音が聞こえるかな？ってくらいでしょうか。 フロントの女性は、日本語がとても上手で助かりました。

고양종합운동장에서 콘서트 보고 3호선 타고 와서 숙박했어요. 지하철역 가깝고 편의시설 가깝고 방도 크고 깨끗하고 쾌적했어요.

입실했을 때 전체적으로 깨끗했는데 시트에 묻은 얼룩이 세탁에 지워지지 않은 부분이 있어 교체를 부탁드렸는데 신속하게 바로 교체해주셔서 편안히 잘 쉬고 왔습니다. 한국에 출장이나 일보러 갈 때 자주 이용하는 호텔입니다. 김포공항과도 가깝고 주변에 맛있는 식당도 많고 지하철 3호선도 가깝게 이용할 수 있어서 말이죠. 다음에도 잘 부탁드립니다.
