The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the rooms. It was very loud at night too. Lots of doors slamming.

They cancel my room, they told me were very sorry. 2 hours before check in time …

In general, the property was clean, the one staff member we saw was pleasant. Our room had holes in the bathroom door, broken blinds on the window, damage to the kitchen counter. I wondered if all the room were in the same condition.

Walked into hotel, staff was drinking and smoking outside. When I got my room it was filled with smoke and flies! They had a bug repellent fumigator which is bad for ppl to breathe in. Would not recommend do not book.

Definitely low budget!

Terrible service and no accountability for giving me a dirty room. Also was told they couldn’t accommodate me in any way for the inconvenience. Took the cleaning guy 30 minutes to check me in. yes the cleaning guy was the overnight counter attendant.

This room was very dirty from the curtains to the ac area. Bathroom floors

Bed bug

The entire place was outdated, old, dirty. Beds were uncomfortable, light blankets and sheets so it was cold. Kids loud running up and down the hall. Homeless people wandering lobby and staying at hotel. Plus, the entire place smelled like weed. If the stay was refundable, I would never have stayed!!!!!

Nice place to spend a few nights at just with the had tea or coffee in the rooms.

Morning staff was rude, inconsiderate, and pushy. Front desk started calling our room at 9am asking if we were extending our stay. Housekeeping attempted to enter room at 9:30am without knocking saying they were checking to see if the room was still occupied. Mattress was low quality and extremely uncomfortable.

The staff was really lazy. I called as I needed new towels for my second night and after hugging and puffing Daniel rudely stated "they'll be at the front desk for you". There was literally no one at the front desk one of the nights (before 7pm) as well. The shower only got up to slightly warm (at the max) which made for a freezing departure from the bathroom even when the temp of the room was 88 degrees in preparation for freezing bathing. The property is lovely but everything else about this hotel screams bare... No cups in the room, no soaps, broken beverage dispensary in the lobby, limited towels, etc.. it is way to expensive per night for the amenities (or lack there of) that it offers.

Its alright wont come back though.

Its okay for low cost but wouldn't recommend anyone that is from abroad. Its used for a lot of people using it as cheap rental place

Their customer service was fabulous

Staff was very polite and helpful, room was clean and very quiet.
