Clean condo , with proper amenities for a fam with 3 small kids

Nice place to stay

The condo was nice and clean with a beautiful view and direct access to the beach. The splash pad and pool were a hit for the for our kids. We didnt have to leave the facility at all for any entertainment. The only issue I had was within the booking process. I booked using afterpay and received messages from the property management team wanting proof of payment and they wanted a picture of a physical card for proof which was not available due to using Afterpay, so I would advise anyone who is looking to use a service such as that to book to be careful because you will have to show some type of proof that the method of payment matches your ID

The property clean and quiet . It just we have two chairs at beach it not enough .

Close to beach access, nice living spaces, beautiful views. Elevator annual maintenance in April with only 1 working most of the time.

Family atmosphere. Not in the mainstream of PCB.

I loved the safety and family-oriented atmosphere.

Stayed for a Mon-Fri vacation with the family and was absolutely satisfied. It was a little bit of a drive (about 10 minutes) from a lot of the main activities and restaurants, but given that we went during Spring Break, it was a blessing to be a little ways down. The room was perfect. Very clean, had everything we needed. The Splash Pad and Pool were also very convenient for the evenings when the beach was too cold and the kids wanted some extra water time. Would definitely stay there again, and would hughly recommend.

full of dust and much better to stay at the Motel , then pay 3 times more on same condition, shame shame

Not enough handicap parking... But had a awesome time..

The hotel overall was nice, parking covered across the street with an enclosed walk across bridge. Multiple pools and play areas for kids of all ages. Poolside grills food is great and very nice beach front area. Now the negatives: Only 2 elevators for 20 floors of people (normal wait time of 7-12 minutes to get on elevator if it isnt full when it stops at your floor), room smelled like left over seafood for the first four days, beds were old and sunk in feeling, TV remote did not match the TV in second bedroom and TV was stuck on HBO so at 10PM not exactly best for small children coming to bed after crab hunting. Every night someone near our room was smoking and the smell of weed was extremely strong.

Dated room furnishings. No nightstand plugs for phone, leaving you to get the charger behind the nightstand or kitchen outlet. Bed and pullout were equally rough on the back. Bathroom in slight disrepair with missing pieces from the toilet seat. Communication about registration/check in was horribly inaccurate as I arrived within their mentioned window, only to find the registration office closed, at the start of the window they told me to come check in. Terrible experience with their customer service in finding a resolution for issues. Rep was kind enough, but for the money, go elsewhere. Pros: Beach Parking Cons: Everything else

The day of arrival the thermostat read 77 degrees in the room at 5pm. Turned thermostat down to 72 and it never moved. Sent a message to maintenance around 7:30 At 9pm cut the a/c off to see if it was froze up. Tried to cut back on next morning didn’t work. Got a response from maintenance around 10. Said someone would come within the hour. No one came until 3:30pm. The first night we had to sleep with it almost 80 degrees.

Everything was as good as it could be.

The condo is nice, the place is nice but our condo had a few issues like dirty dishes, broken tv, and broken cabinet door.
