Diverted to Travelio, it is highly not recommended to book an apartment here.

The lobby is very large and spacious, clean and comfortable. To enter the apartment there is a security door using a card, when entering the hotel area there is also security, so it feels safe. There are several elevators available, all of which function well. There is also a large pool and gym. The apartment staff are very friendly and helpful. The 2BR apartment is neat and clean (the information on the room I booked is different but this one is available and the facilities are more functional) The AC works well. The bathroom is large, hot water works all day long. The apartment has complete facilities (but unfortunately the TV and internet don't work) There is a kitchen so you can cook for yourself, there is a refrigerator, rice cooker, water kettle, and other cooking utensils, gas is available and there are 2 gallons of water that can be bought yourself because there is an Alfamart downstairs in the complex, there are also places to eat and cafes downstairs. The downside: 1. Maybe because it is adjacent to the garbage disposal area, there are lots of mini-mini cockroaches that like to stop by, quite a lot and disturb the peace of the residents. I suggest that the open area under the door is closed. 2. The very long check-in process (booked through Traveloka but handled by Travelio) is very tiring and takes almost half a day patiently waiting in the lobby area for the roomboy who will bring the key. The initial mistake was not reading my instructions for the check-in process to be clearer, for those who are booking for the first time or those who have done it. Note: there is a deposit of 300 thousand if you book through Traveloka, the deposit must be paid separately, bookings through Travelio can be paid with a deposit. The deposit is returned by transfer (with the note that the name of the person booking is the same as the account name that will be and In terms of the Travelio application, it is good, it just needs a lot of development. CS2 also helps a lot, it's just that sometimes it's a bit difficult when changing CS, the handling of our reports can be different.

Apartments are perfect for families on vacation. There are two rooms with queen size beds and twin beds, then a sofa bed in front of the TV that can be enlarged. The bathroom is clean, the sink and shower have hot water. Kitchen equipment works fine, it's just that the kitchen faucet has a leak. Because there is no mat in front of the bathroom, there is a small pool of water if we use the kitchen faucet. Wifi works very well, but the TV program doesn't appear (we were confused about how to set it up and asked travelio for help to solve it, promised but it wasn't resolved until the stay ended-I stayed 5D4N btw). The location is also okay, close to ITC Mangga Dua, Thamrin City and GI.

It's really complicated having to download the application and have to wait for the one to deliver the key. Not practical. The travelio application is also down!
