The hotel is very clean and modern, but with a homie feel it has a really nice outdoor space and even though it’s not in the center of the town, it’s a two minute walk into town

Wonderful as always - not my first time here. But I did not receive VIP or an upgrade

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Easy walk to restaurants and activity meeting places. Roosters were very loud early!

Friendly staff and the room was very clean, neat and comfortable.

Location out of parguera town but close is good on weekend when plaza is noisy but rooster and dog next door are noisy and you are in front of a ball field not the beach. Room ok but cleaning required asking more than once. No coffee in room. Coffee area and small pool are nice for hanging in am and feels secure.. so adjust your expectations and then its ok. Good location from which to get to cabo rojo and guanica beaches and boat tour of the mangroves is worth doing.

The staff were nice and the room was clean. I had room 8 upstairs and the only window opened to the hallway by the stairs, so you can hear every word people say and every step they take up the stairs. Needless to say , at midnight when people came back, they woke us up. Wifi code is incorrect in the room so you have to go down to ask. Also filled out the registration online but still had to do everything once I arrived- so what was the point? Pool only has 2 lounge chairs Was a little disappointed after seeing all the great reviews

The Turtle Bay Inn is very nice, and the staff were extremely friendly & accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable & air conditioned. The shower was hot. Coffee excellent & breakfast sandwich was delicious. It’s in a residential area just around the corner from the. Plaza where u catch boats for excursions.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Turtle Bay Inn. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They made great breakfast every morning and served refreshing drinks at the bar in the evening. The inn has a nice outdoor area to enjoy breakfast or drinks. The room was very comfortable. The location of the inn is very convenient. It is within walking distance or a very short car ride to the town center which can get lively. It is also very close to the starting point for many of the bioluminescent bay tours. And there are other great places within a half hour of the inn, such as the beaches in Cabo Rojo.

Clean and easy

I recommend this property. The hotel is a short walk around a city playfield to get to the bars and restaurants in town. I appreciated the gated, on-site parking and peaceful atmosphere on property . Breakfast was made with care the pool is small but lovely.

Staff were courteous and welcoming and the facility was clean. Water in the shower never got hot and there were noisy animals and music in the neighborhood. Thankfully these disturbances did not continue all night long. Luckily we were only staying one night, and the place was good enough for that.

I reserved two nights for my parents and they liked the clean room and pleasant staff. Proximity to La Parguera was nice too!
