The hotel staff was very nice. I would give 10 stars if possible.

I always stay here every time I come to Phuket. Superb as always. Room service food and drinks was delicious. Room cleanliness is perfect. Also, Thanks to the staff who check me in for accommodated my request (forgot her name, a female in the afternoon on 20/08/24).

Everything is good. But personally, I'm not into hotel food. Quite a few options. If compared to other places And the taste is not very satisfying.

It was a very bad stay experience. I almost suffocated Because the hotel's power went out for 2 days in a row and there was no notification system at all. The room window is completely closed. The corridor light is completely dark. Backup power is rarely available. I regret this trip the most. Moreover, The hotel did not take responsibility for anything. I complied by checking out. Move to another place to sleep.

This is a great hotel at an even greater price. I'm not sure you can find much better in Phuket to be honest. The staff is lovely and always willing to help. The room is great and spacious. Love it.

The room is good, clean and comfortable. However, the parking should be improved. It is not enough. When it rains, we have to park outside the hotel and walk in the rain.

Hotel bersih hanya saluran air tidak lancar mengalirnya (foto terlampir). Lokasi dekat dengan Central Phuket mall ada shuttlenya. Ada toko 7-11 disebrang jalan. Recommended👍
