The manager and the front desk staff were flawless. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Hotel was clean and rest of staff were very good.

A great stay and experience! This place had one of the friendliest staffs I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. We arrived earlier than expected and were even able to check in early. We had a 2 queen room and it was smallish, but perfect for two people. Daily parking rate is a little high in my opinion ($45), but expected and the onsite parking is very convenient. The full kitchen was a great benefit, the place was clean and quiet, and the location was perfect — very walkable to yummy food and shopping.

Room was good. TV didn’t work and no maintenance worker-maybe due to holiday weekend. ??? But good breakfast and comfy bed.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks while she recovered from surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and had a nice view - perfect surroundings for my wife to recover. The staff was great, and I mean everyone: front desk, breakfast staff, the amazing housekeeping crew and the manager. You all made our stay there so pleasant and relaxing. When we need to come back for a follow up appointment to see our doctor this is where we will stay. Highly recommend!!

Nice and helpful staff

We paid $350/night and the room we got was under ground facing a parking lot. Terrible location! We'll never come back.

Amazing location and walkability to the train and botanical gardens. The room was spacious and the staff were all super friendly and willing to help.

My room only had housekeeping one day. They never came again even after I spoke to a person at the front desk. I had to go to the front desk so that I had clean towels.

This was maybe our third visit-great breakfast, clean rooms and close to the train! My only bad was a ground floor room-meant we kept the shades down and were dark for the weekend
